Ordered online food was not ready when I got the pickup text. Waited 30 minutes the person was rude didn’t listen didn’t give us sauce like we asked and when we got home only have one serving worth of a food we ordered 2 orders worth of. (I’m the picture is the 2 serving of terriaki chicken I ordered.

Horrible service! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We were informed that they were only accepting cash as soon as they took our order, and we were ok with that. Waited in line and chose food that was in the pans and available. They informed us that we had to wait for one of our items to be finished cooking. Weird since both of our items was still available, but I’m not opposed to fresh hot food, so ok. We paid and they said they would call our name. They brought out the fresh item, and then served FIVE new people. Our order sat untouched and chilling. We finally walked back to the counter and stood waiting for our food. It still took another order ahead of us before they even bothered to finally address us.

Took my son here for his bday dinner. He’s 5 and this is his favorite food! Unfortunately he immediately started complaining of a stomach ache and woke up shortly after vomiting. Thanks for making my kid sick on his birthday!

Did an online order and made the mistake to have it made at 5:30 instead of 5:00. I called them to see if they could change the time and without hesitating they said they would. Placed an order for delivery. It was reported as delivered but I NEVER received it. I called this restaurant location and the associate said they had no idea what to do and there was no manager I could speak to. Sat on hold with customer service for 10 minutes just to be disconnected and had to call again and wait on hold. Still waiting on a solution to my family’s dinner that was paid for and never delivered.

The last two times I ordered grill teriyaki chicken. Both times I got only grilled chicken with know side of teriyaki sauce. Then on my second plate i wanted two orange chicken with rice and got one orange chicken .They lost me as a customer. Plus when I called they said ok I will notify someone and tell them. That was it.

Usually I don’t expect much when I eat at the mall. It’s not really anyone’s fault but there busy and deal with alot. Today when I went to get some Chow Mien, the lady (Shannen) behind the counter was really nice. I asked if she could get me some noodles with very little vegetables and she offered to make me a fresh bowl without any. It was really nice and considerate. Here’s hoping they continue to good customer service
