We just moved to the area not to long ago and have been to this establishment a few times since. Believe me when I say I’ve worked fast food and I’ve worked retail for 15 + years so I get it BUT tonight we ordered 3 meals….all of our fries were missing and when my boyfriend went and took all of our food back and let them know our fries were missing…he was confronted with less than satisfactory attitude and made to feel like he was lying about FRIES. Now he’s annoyed and our food is cold…thanks for the fries that we paid for but less attitude goes further. Not saying the customer is always right but in this case he was and making it right with out the attitude should have been the way to go instead of making him feel like he was in the wrong for you forgetting out food. Just saying!

day shift manager was extremely rude (attitude before the conversation began because i had an incident occur the night before.) and not helpful when i explained that i had gotten food poisoning the night before from undercooked food. i either wanted my money back or those who didnt cook the food appropriately to have taken accountability and at the very least an apology. i got Nothing back but “iT TaKeS 24hrs FoR FoOd PoISininG tO BeGiN” typically that would be the case. With my metabolism, more like 5-6 hrs. keep in mind this was the night before around 9:30p that i ordered and ate the food. i came in about 15 hrs later to report and she told me that they won’t do anything about it. Instead of arguing with this manager, who is clearly there for nothing but the money and customer service dont mean nothin’, like every other business she got my name and number. which i know she threw away because i have yet to receive a call from any business about mishaps like these.

Went through drive through to feed the family, spent $42, got home and was missing two tacos and an order of curly fries. The manager proceeded to say the person who put my order together never makes mistakes. So he was basically calling me a liar and said that I works need to bring all my food back in for them to review if something was really missing . The kids were starving so they started eating their chicken. Really though? Come all the way back to prove they missed part of my order? I will never support this business again. Terrible customer service.

Are usually hate going to this location because I feel like everybody hates their job and does not want to be there. So much in fact that I will literally apologize for asking questions about the menu. Allie, however, was a nice change of peace the last time I went there. People were super friendly. The soda machine was in need of being cleaned. Fries were so saturated with oil like they’d been sitting too long. Burger was dry.

I work in fast food and I understand what needs to be done to be safe and make customers happy. However, what happened today is unacceptable. When I first walked inside, I immediately was greated with a sight of a dirty milkshake machine. This machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Ice cream is supposed to be kept cold and the room temperature ice cream that was on the machines definitely was not. If you ordered a shake, there is no telling what would be mixed inside.
