I ordered a family dinner box with a pepperoni and bacon pizza and barbecue chicken for the other and somehow they managed to put bbq sauce on my pepperoni and the marinara on the chicken. In what world does that even sound good? You can see clear as day in the picture what is wrong.

7-23-22 about 5:00PM I asked how much for a large pepperoni pizza, She said $19 dollars I said that is way too much. We have a special large 3 topping pizza, for $11 Dollars so I can get tipple Peperoni for $11 dollars, now that price sounds right. I picked it up at about 5:00pm, when I got home and looked at it I noticed it was smaller than I remembered, a large is suppose to be 13″ and it was 12″ and there were about only eight pieces of peperoni on the whole pizza and none under the cheese, I ordered a 3x the peperoni pizza. The crust had about two inches from the edge nothing on it no sauce, cheese nothing. I called them and told them I will never get a pizza there again at there location 7002 Biddulph, Rd Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 . Now I know why they do not put there address on there recipe. #032812 I would give this place no star rating, but I had to give it one to be able to post it.

The NEW pizza crust ONLY by Pizza Hut, half crust ,half pie. In case you can’t find bread you grab one of they’re pies. Good job Pizza Hut, another way of making money during the pandemic. I think 1 star is way too much.

Granted it us Superbowl Sunday when this happened, and their service was pretty quick, but I ordered 3 different p’zones and they didnt lable any of them. Also ordered 24 medium boneless wings and 16 bbq wings which i recieved with hardly any sauce on the bbq wings as you can see from the picture.. Not satisfied about that at all. If i wanted chicken strips and a little bit of bbq then I would have ordered that from somewhere..

Would give this location zero stars if I could. Pizza was made incorrect. Waited an extra 30 mins for the order. Then when I called to say the order was as wrong the manager was EXTREMELY rude. Will absolutely NEVER order from here again.
