This once fine eating establishment has been butchered into a shadow of its former self. Pizza is getting burned because the cooks don’t do their job in a timely fashion, they would rather smoke weed in the parking lot. Delivery time is garbage along with the service. If the employees worried about the pizza as much as they do weed and each others drama then this particular store wouldn’t be such an embarrassment to the brand name as a whole. Rated 3/10.

I would like to recognize Pam for her amazing customer service. She helped me to resolve an issue with my order with the most pleasant attitude and grace. This is the best Pizza Hut and is largely due to the employees that work there. Especially Pam she is the best!!! The pizza is also really delicious

This is my favorite resturant in the city of Wasilla. There deals, rewards and service are phenomenal. They’re food is consistently delicious. There deals on there app are consistently a great value. And everyone that works there is so nice and happy. I can tell that the people there, want to be there. I’m always greeted, always thanked and always told to have a great day or night when I’m walking out. I order from them atleast twice a week for carryout and I like dining in with my wife and daughter for lunch sometimes. Other fast food places in town seem to be hit or miss for me. But not this Pizza Hut. They’re consistently a HIT. This Pizza Hut should be nicknamed the Happiness Hut. Thank you guys for setting the bar so high and maintaining such a high standard of excellence. Y’all are the BEST!!!

I ordered and paid for my 2 pizzas to have extra cheese. They definitely did not. If anything, it was if they had little cheese to the point where the tomato sauce was very visible. This is not the first time this has happened.

Lets be honest the pizza is amazing and the lady at the front desk does not want her job, she messed up our order 3 different times. Finally, the manager got on the phone corrected our order. Drove back and forth 2 times just to get some good pizza. Thanks for the experience.

Haven’t dined in at a Pizza Hut since forever but I enjoyed my lunch at this Wasilla location. Place was clean and service was pretty good. Most importantly the Za’s were made exceptionally well. Can’t remember having better Pizza Hut pizza’s.
