The food was just not great. I got the enchiladas with shredded pork. I wish they would of mentioned the pork sauce was sweet. Sweet enchiladas is just not the way to go. Also, the meat had no flavor and the tortillas were chewy. Way better restaurants than this.

2023 Update, after avoiding for nearly a year, have gone back a bit more. Still did have one huge fail, but it has been better than it was. I think their biggest issue is if you go in to order, no issues, but placing online (especially in evenings) your more likely to have a fail.

This location is an absolute joke. I’ve never seen people move so slow ever. Our take out order placed online is a half hour later than what the app said it would be. If you’re ordering online take your time coming to get your food. It’ll save you a wait.

I was initially skeptical about visiting this place, mainly because of some low ratings that they have received in review forums. However, after being persuaded by a co-worker, I decided to give it a shot – and I am so glad I did. I absolutely loved their food, especially the quesadillas and burritos. I have been told that their enchiladas are great as well, and I would like to find this out sooner than later! Their home-made (or store-made in this case) tortillas are fresh and make a great difference in my opinion, and their red and green chili sauces are extremely tasty too. Highly recommended place in my opinion! 🙂

food is really tasty! simple, but great flavor. i was really grossed out watching the staff process online orders while waiting for mine. the staff did not wash their hands in between cleaning the store and touching peoples orders. they also wiped their noses and touched their phones without washing hands. i was pretty grossed out and i really hope i don’t get sick! the store felt kind of grubby overall and i was disappointed. my burrito was falling apart and for 5.99 i should have gotten more guac with my chips. really great food, but my experience wasn’t awesome and i felt like i was risking my health a little bit to eat my food after watching the employees. i don’t care about mask wearing or anything like that just PLEASE practice basic food safety! highly recommend making employees brush up on the info from their food handlers card.

My husband and I have came to Cafe Rio for years it was always our favorite resturant. Until recently their quality had dropped. We got a burrito and tacos. My Husband was in the middle of eating his burrito when he found what he thought was a piece of Chili untill he felt it and it was actually a ripped off plastic glove peice in it wrapped in Sauce!!!!! DISGUSTING! I called and got hung up on. Had to call a second time. My husband instantly threw the burrito away. We have never had this happen before and it makes us not want to eat here again. This could have made him extremely sick if we hadn’t found it.
