The food was nice . I ordered online , made a big order . Sadly they didn’t put all the condiments that went with my online order. There shouldn’t be any excuse for missing condiments since the order was online. I only got 2 out of the 8 condiments . When they pack everything in one big bag , you would think they put everything in the bag. Fortunately I had hot sauce and ranch at home .

I purchased a Cobb salad from Chick-fil-A from this location and I came across an insect thingy in my salad after I ate a good portion of it. It was alive flapping its wings. I’ve been traumatized ever since. This is beyond ridiculous and outrageous. I spoke to two managers, John mentioned he’d get back to me and he hasn’t.

On this day I am very disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a medium waffle fries and two piece chicken strips using my reward points. I allowed the cashier to make my order was correct by giving her my phone. I found out minutes later that approximately two thousand points were used on my order. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she just told me to call a number if I could find one.

I just received the worst service since coming to this location. You guys definitely are not living up to the standard. I was waited on by a young lady who told me my rewards for my dry was not working after she scanned it 3 times. Then once I pulled up to the church indie to pay for my food the young man was fair skinned with locks in his hair didn’t see a name badge. Asked him if it paid for my fries on my rewards, no response from him. Told him I had a gift card with $9 on it and whatever else needed to charge my debit card. The other darker skinned young guy was rude as well. He gave me my food didn’t say think you have a nice day and then turned his back on me. Didn’t give me back my gift card either. What if I wanted to add money to it. This has been the worst experience I have had with Chik fil A ever. I will definitely let my family know not to stop at this location. It has the worst customer service EVER!!

Ordered a Market Salad from this location. It had to be the worst salad I’ve seen. First of all they used shredded chicken which looked gray instead of cut up nuggets. Then the strawberries were not fresh at all. Next time I’ll have to check it before I leave the restaurant.

I have never had an issue here… Yet. I would like to make a small request tho, instead of scalding hot water in the women’s restroom could ya turn it down a little bit. It’s not fun coming from 100°f weather to 100°f water give or take. Plus wat if a Karen “burns her hands” & tries to sue I’m just sayin’. Other than that keep up the good work guys
