We were in Lynchburg a few weeks ago for a business meeting. I went through the drive through earlier to get a biscuit and gravy, as I waited for my girlfriend to finish their meeting. The lady working the drive through was exceptionally nice, and the food was great! After my girlfriend’s meeting was finished we went back to the drive through, right at 11am. I asked if they still had any biscuit and gravy left for my girlfriend, and they said they had one more left. The same lady was still working the drive through and a gentleman. They were so exceptionally nice and provided excellent service! We appreciate the great experience! Thank you

Since when do you charge for condiments? After spending almost 20 dollars on a meal and one sandwich, I was charged 28 cents for one little cup of honey mustard. Pitiful.

I ordered the ham, egg, & cheese on Texas toast. I think the kitchen rushed the order, the bread wasn’t toasted,but warm. There was hardly any ham on it. I basicly tore off the majority of the bread & threw it away. You could tell it was slapped together in a hurry. Part of the bread didn’t have anything on it. I don’t mind waiting for my food as long as it’s done right. I used to work in retail food service, so I understand both sides. Not the Hardee’s I remember for sure! The cashier was so nice & pleasant! I wish I could remember her name. I would go back again.

Shout out to Marcus at the Langhorne Hardee’s in Lynchburg!!! He is a true customer service pro. They made a mistake on my order. I ordered a famous star. They gave me some other type of burger. Marcus corrected the order with a smile, asked me how I’m doing today and sent me off with a “it was a pleasure to serve you” and “please come back soon”

Very poor staff sevice. Please don’t make a human mistake (like I did) not see a sign. When a customer makes a mistake and ordering apologized several times . A staff member does not need to come aggressive towards the window to pay customer who has oxygen on and is disabled. I feel like I was threatened by her coming to the window these times telling me what I said heard say what I said. I give this place a “0” customer service.
