I waited an hour and a half for my two pizzas and cinnamon, only to received slightly burnt pizzas and what I can only describe as pieces of charcoal with icing on top. I u.derstand that I ordered on a Friday night so they were probably busy but to actually serve cinnamon that are that burnt is unacceptable! Also when I tried to call the store no one would answer the phone I sat on the phone for a long time to talk to no one. don’t ever order from this place!!

When you order over the phone it initially sends you to a call center, ask for the store and you wont regret it. Very exceptional customer service and well mannered and not to mention the food is good too. While placing my delivery order i jokingly said we need extra marinara for our cheese sticks because my girlfriend is pregnant and loves her red sauce. 30 mins later when we the order arrived there was a free cookie cake and written on it said “for the mom to be”.

I ordered a salad and it was not delivered. I received the order and to find out that this specific location does not have salads. Please remove this from your website as an option as I did not know until I had to call. All of the items I received were burnt and had to take the top layer off of the pasta to make it edible. The stuffed crust pizza was so thin in the middle and gross tasting. I have ordered several times and it just keeps getting worse every time at this location.

One star because 0 is not an option… Last pizza was burnt, they gave us a credit. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, we order at 530pm. At 630pm we get a text the order is out for delivery. 710pm we call and find out that “they are really backed up and haven’t made our order yet but you will have it in 25 min”. We offer to drive the 2 miles to go get it and they then say no it’s on its way out the door… Now it’s 740 we call again and find out there is still no pizza coming to our house.. the manager says no one would have told us that the pizza was on the way out the door and that “our original order got delivered to the wrong house but they don’t know where” Nice job guys! To top it off they can’t refund our money because it was on online order… I know of 4 other pizza places that would love my business…

Pizza was undercooked, almost cold and disgusting. Last time I was supposed to get a credit for the same kind of complaint but never did. The driver got a 20% tip on the app to deliver to my apartment but sat in the driveway in front of the door instead of delivering to my apartment door. So I spent a total of $23.40 to eat 2 slices of a disgusting meal. Never again.

The employees at Hudson Pizza Hut are great but you can’t call and order anything. It’s all online and app based. Get a phone guys and you might sell more pizzas.

Its been many years since we’ve eaten at Pizza hut. Since we moved into the area we thought we would give it a try. We ordered Pizza and Boneless wings. The Pizza didn’t appear burnt but it tasted that way. The Wings were decent. The sauce was good( garlic parm) they tasted frozen. Probably won’t order from them again in the near future. I gave them two stars because of the delivery driver and the wing sauce.

Ordered a pizza and wings through the app AHEAD of time for delivery for my lunch break at 5. Order shows out for delivery at 4:47 doesn’t arrive until 5:15. Unacceptable wings were poorly sauced and cold, pizza was cold and dried out.
