I had the recovery burger with sweet potatoes fries and a mango. Smoothie !!! It was The best burger I have ever had and the fries were nice and soft… I’ve never been to a muscle maker grill before but I definitely will be returning. Sorry the picture was after I already took a bite of the sandwich. It looked too good not to eat immediately.

What Kind of business is this?? My work team and I ordered from here . We all put in our separate orders and paid online, only to drive 20 minutes to not one single employee working and the location doors closed. On google it says its open from 11am to 4pm and actaully allows and processes credit card payments but is not actually open. Well it sure is healthy, since you will end up eating nothing at all.

Today I ordered online with some of my coworkers, we all placed our orders and left to pick up our food only to find out they were closed. It should have told us online that they were closed instead of taking our money. This is such an inconvenience cause now it will take some days for me to get my money back! and we drove 20 minutes away just for them to be closed no signs on the door or anything! You should definitely update the hours on the website and not take people’s money since it is not open!!! We will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again! Thanks for absolutely nothing and for wasting our time and patience!!! Plus we all signed up to get a free smoothie just to find out its not free at all! They need to do better to be better but either way won’t be ordering at this place that’s for sure!!! Don’t go here people its not even open!!! Its all a scam!

delicious food with helpful waiters for directions to the New York City. I had a salad with chicken which was enormous and delicious & my friend had a burger, nice variety with the high tables &stools or even cushy sofas to sit for dinner. They had several tap beers but I prefer a cool mixed drink. Excellent, fresh, and fast. Great sandwiches, wraps, and salads. One of the best “healthy” eats places around. Staff is friendly, service is quick, food is good.

I have been coming here since 1995…love coming here and love the food!! But I can honestly say I was disappointed in the meal plan. Prices went from $7 a meal to $8 and the portion sizes shrunk!! Extremely disappointed, but this is what happens when great places franchise out. Prices go up and portion sizes drop. Quality of food is still great but wont be getting the meal plan anymore. Food quality, service, and atmosphere are not what it use to be. I had to toss most of my chicken teryaki bowl due to it being drenched in sauce and inedible. My Arizona bowl was ok but subpar from previous orders. I originally placed the order online but received a call 40 minutes later saying there wasn’t a delivery driver. I opted to pick up instead. My order was never made and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The place seems to be long removed from the standards that once made it a great healthy take out option. I will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s ok but it’s dark in there it looks dingy inside. Also not so clean looking. The few times I’ve been there the tables were sticky and had crumbs. Even the plates didnt seem 100% clean. There is also some guy who walks in and talks on the phone quite loudly. The food isn’t bad but it isn’t exciting either. The smoothies are good. The staff is friendly.

Went there on lunch break today with a few people. All placed our orders online to be picked up. Our orders were all processed with no issues and when we arrived there they were closed. Website says they open at 11 am. Our orders were placed at 12:45 PM. Arrived there at 1:00. Doors were locked, lights were off. No sign on the door or window stating that they were closed. I’m pregnant and this was such a inconvenience. Myself and our entire company will no longer be ordering with Muscle Maker in Colonia.

This place has gone absolutely down hill. Just 2 weeks of it being under new management and everything is disgusting. Food tastes horrible. Flies everywhere.Prices increased as quantity decreased. The old manager running this place kept this place on its shoulders. I’ll be surprised if this spot is still open in a couple of months. This place used to feel like home with the old staff. Now it feels like a dump.

If I could give no stars, I would..mostly because I never received my food. Placed an order when within the first 15 minutes of opening, delivery was estimated at 35 minutes… 2 hours later and I’m sitting here with no food. During my follow up call an hour after placing the order, was confirmed that food was on its way. Being a 10 minute drive away, I assumed that meant soon. A full 2 hours after placing the order, an employee stated I would be getting a refund and my food would be right there. Well neither of those things happened.
