One of the laziest group of employees I’ve ever encountered. I drive this north-south route frequently and this is one of the few late night options, but this was now the third time I’ve stopped in and been told they had a “limited menu” (only 3 items this time) and not because they have a supply chain issue but because “we need to turn the grills off at a certain hour”. The food I was served on a prior trip had clearly been sitting out, so they must not make anything fresh for at least a few hours leading up to close. You’re a fast food restaurant and you don’t close for a couple hours, work elsewhere if you’re too lazy to clean after closing or just close earlier. Either they have a lazy manager, cheap franchise owner, or lazy closing staff … save yourself the trouble and keep driving if you’re coming through at any late hour.

Absolutely excellent customer service. This is the very first time I’ve enjoyed my experience at Taco Bell in my life. The manager was very friendly as well as the associates. They have full knowledge of the menu and assisted me with my decision based off what I was in the mood for. The building is clean and surprisingly the bathrooms smell good. Highly recommended stop in.

Visited location on Tuesday, June 29th at roughly 1 pm. Ordered a small lunch with a side of nachos. Drove home to find a dead insect in my nachos. Upon speaking to the female manager, demanded that the nachos be returned if I wanted that refund. Speaking from managerial experience and knowing that remote refunds are commonly done at other Taco Bells, the action done by this manager was in the wrong. Will not be returning to this location.
