Turns Out The Shake Was On Happy Hour Price And If I’m Not Mistaken The Shakes Are $3.99-$4.99 By Themselves!!! We Got The Double Steak Cheese Burgers Off The $4.44 (hey mama! ️ ) Menu That Came With A Double Steak Cheese Burger Fries And We Added A Cup Of Cheese Sauce. Everything Was Fresh Made I Will Say That At The Cuyahoga Falls Location You Have To Use A Kiosk To Order Your Meal…..I Do Wonder What Happened To The Servers Though….

Been actively going here for at least 10+ and have had many good experiences, especially when dining in. I enjoy the food and love the milkshakes along with the large choice selection. Unfortunately the establishment is no longer what you would label as bargain/cheap dining but the quality of the food still maintains decency. My last visit was around midnight and was very unimpressive. I was left on hold at the menu where you order for ten minutes! If I hadn’t wanted a Birthday cake Milkshake so bad I would have left. I was the only person in the drive through line and had to wait another 7-8 minutes at the window. Thankfully all the food was hot and made to perfection, and the milkshake was worth the wait.

This particular franchise is under fairly new ownership and I was there for the first time in quite a while. It was tremendous. The double steak burger and onion rings were great and the chili was fantastic. The location was even doing a Dine & Donate that day with 97.5 WONE and donating 25% of their day’s sales to the Valor Home of Summit County. I highly recommend trying them again if you haven’t been there lately and surely try them for the first time if you’ve never.

I just stopped by for a Reese’s cup shake and the ordering was quick and easy at the kiosk. The shakes here are very good and I love the glass it is served in of you dine inside. The order was completed quickly and I sat at a clean table. I am always glad when a restaurant is clean. The shake was delicious.

I absolutely love this place and this location (Home Ave Akron, Oh.). I have only recently tried this place. Love the # 10 garlic steak burger with a small fry, only $4.44. The burger is my most favorite of all fast food (remember to get extra garlic). Beyond the amazing food, there is one guy (I don’t know his name). He is the most efficient and friendly person I have ever dealt with in my life. He has waited on me 8 out of the last 10 times there. HE DESERVES A RAISE. The FOOD and his service will make me continue to come back.

Took us 45 minutes to get our food. And when I asked why the 5 people after us got food before us it should go in order. As I had two orders 1 I received within 10 minutes. The manager said I don’t want to deal with you and put her hand up in my face. Like really! I wasn’t loud mean or rude. Like wow!!! And 45 minutes is to long if anything the manager should had apologized for the long wait. Instead catered to a table which I think was her friends or family. While the food was sitting in Q that long until we saw another cook come up and said this needs cooked its on screen 40 minutes! (Bc you can see the cooks from table). Food was alright forgot garlic sauce on top of the buns and cheese on 1 fry but the cook had no problems adding the cheese for us when I asked. So overall this long rant. The food was decent. Wait was forever. Rude manager. But other worker was nice.

Wow! Walked in today with my family for dinner. They have completely gotten rid of all wait staff! You now have to put your order into a kiosk (even if it’s dine-in) and then walk up to get your order once it’s done. The whole experience felt SO impersonal! Then, after ordering & before paying, the kiosk had the nerve to ask if I wanted to add a tip…for WHO??? I’m not tipping when there’s not a waitress. The food was good still, but not sure how often I’ll be back now. Steak n Shake just keeps cutting corners and this was too far. People go in for the experience AND the food. Now it’s just the food. Also, we had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. Most looked clean until you walked up close. Ridiculous.

Been here many times after work at around 10:00pm and the doors have never been locked. Came tonight and the doors were locked with customers inside. Orders sitting at the pick up kiosk. Doesn’t make since the doors are randomly closed with customers inside and being ignored when employees see you standing outside to go in and quickly pick up your order.
