I don’t understand why the delivery drivers don’t look at the delivery instructions. I just had surgery and I have ordered twice from this place and the delivery driver put it on Steps every time and I cannot get it. It’s hard when I’m home alone and I have food sitting there outside in the rain. Very lazy that she couldn’t walk up those stairs and put it on the chest like she was supposed too

My experience was terrible and I reported it never got a call back from anyone besides one free pizza I ordered three pizzas online and only received two and pay $26 and some change of course they kept it and I gave the young lady $40 she never came back until 3 hours later she had 15 dollars when I received my change the next day from a friend

Normally the service is pretty good which is why I’m willing to give it 3 stars. This was my latest pizza. It was not fully sliced, in fact, they didn’t even cut through any of the pizza entirely. The bottom crust was so flimsy that every time I picked up a slice, the topping slid off onto the box. Parts of the pizza didn’t even have cheese on it, it was literally just sauce on toppings.

The manager of this store could not have cared less that he put me in a real bind. I’d ordered pizzas for my son’s birthday party online 3 days prior, and 40 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered, the manager called me saying he couldn’t deliver them for 7 hours after I’d requested them because of a driver shortage. 7 hours?! The manager did nothing about the inconvenience (not even a “sorry for the inconvenience”). We ended up having two people leave the party to go pick them up and they still weren’t done even though THAT was 30 minutes later and he said they’d be done 15 minutes before they actually arrived. I will never order from here again.

Wow, Kin the manager really helped me out. Due to a computer glitch, I had never been notified that my order had to be cancelled. So when I showed up and my pizzas weren’t there, he offered on the spot to make them for me ASAP. And he did, all the pizzas perfect. He saved me on a late night when my only other option was a Papa John’s down the street.

TLDR; They claimed they didn’t have our order even though it was on the screen. When they did make the order it was wrong and refused to make the pizza again even after showing proof of what was ordered.
