Quite possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Walked in and was seated right away. The restaurant had just opened so it was understandable that the salad bar was not set up. Once it was, everything looked great, veggies were fresh which was nice. The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambiance. HOWEVER, every bit of the rest of the experience was awful. We all sat down. Waitress came and we ordered our drinks, apps, and food right away. Drinks took awhile to come out and were delivered to us in spurts, instead of all together. So, we had some people that waited 30 mins for their drink while others got theirs in 10 minutes. The meals were delivered the same way the only difference being that my dad (who is actually the one who requested to come here and it was his birthday) never ever got his entree. We mentioned this to not just our waitress but another waitress as well with blonde hair. After waiting 45 minutes my dad begged the waitress to give him whatever she had, which still was not what he ordered. I ordered a second drink and my dad did as well. 45 minutes later, the waitress comes to our table and tells us that they don’t have one of the drinks and the other drink had yet to been made. I told her to forget about them then because we had been there an hour and a half at that point. For the food: I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu. It tasted like charcoal jerky with absolutely no flavor whatsoever. It was tough, overcooked, and bland. The mac and cheese was something I could make from the box. My husband said his Alfredo had no flavor and the chicken on it was way overcooked. As for the fish, it was undercooked, unfortunately. No one at any point asked us if we had any issues with our meal or if we were enjoying our meal. If anyone had asked we would have told them that one person never got their meal and the rest of the meals were either overcooked or undercooked. My dad actually did tell the waitress that he never got his meal, her response was at least you got a meal… Needless to say we will never come here again. I don’t understand how it has good reviews at all, honestly.

Food was okay, a little salty but still managed to finish, waitress was very nice and very attentive, after the meal we had told her of our few issues and she got the chef to talk to us, the chef was very nice and understanding, I would definitely come again!
