The food and drinks were awesome. The service was a little slow but very courteous. They were just busy so I will definitely cut the waiter some slack. The BBQ sauce selection was to die for and the meat was very high quality. I would definitely go again

I was so disappointed with Famous Dave’s. For so long I wanted to try this place. I love their BBQ sauce that I buy in the store but the restaurant was something else. Now, I can’t speak for the pork, but we had the beef brisket and hamburger. (That’s all the beef they have) The burger was okay and the brisket as well. That’s just it, “it wasn’t great”. The corn was soggy, not fresh. Portions were okay but for the price I’d rather go somewhere else. The Vive and service was excellent but seemed as if the waiter and waitresses were forcing their persona. It wasn’t busy and their smiles were not sincere. I felt it through all employees but I can’t really complain about that but they need to loosen up and be real. Again this could just be me but their food needs Improvement, better portions and more beef dishes. I am sad to say I will not be going to one of their food chain restaurants.

I’ve been eating Famous Dave’s since 2007 when I had my first experience at their Las Vegas location. It still is one of my favorite BBQ joints. This location, however has made a long time customer consider what I saw in this place. Our server kept disappearing and it took two hours for us to dine when we were trying to just grab quick appetizers and get out. Our bill was incorrect also when it was given to us and after telling the server,she just nonchalantly leaves and comes back with a new one like it was nothing. Overall,it wasn’t a good one.

John S is a really good waiter, very friendly. He served us last night and made conversation with all of us and my little brother wanted a high five from him. The food was really good and I wished I had enough stomach space to finish it all but it’s all saved for future meals as leftovers.

The barbecue is pretty good but I am not a big fan of the sides. What I do love here is the Banana Pudding. The Banana Pudding is good enough that I come to eat meals here JUST to eat the pudding.

This was my 1st experience at Famous Dave’s. If the Texas BBQ brisket sandwich is good indicator of the quality of BBQ I will be back for more. One disappointment was that they didn’t have the Burnt ends Brisket available on their To Go menu. Next week (April 21st). I guess I will be going back for lunch!

The service was great. All the waiters checked in with our table on a regular but, not excessive basis. The food was good. It could’ve been served a little hotter but, it tasted okay. Their restrooms were clean.

The service for take out seemed disoriented and lacking organization. Seemed like I was the 1st customer of the day, but it was 90 minutes after it opened. I wouldn’t have had ketchup unless I requested it after I received my to go bag. No ketchup with fries?

Food is pretty good but their customer service is horrible. Ordered take out but the cashier was on break so she said the manager will have to come out to take my order. He was standing behind the door and she called out to him. Obviously he didnt hear her because he was still standing back there. I told her to call him again but she said he heard her and will be right out. Ten minutes later, he comes out and she tells him to take my order, he had no idea i was waiting. Just lazy, inconsiderate staff!
