I’m raring it with one star for the customer service provided. I was disappointed with Jesus. No greeting or a thank you provided to me or the customers before and after me. It seemed he didn’t want to be there. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and the astheric of the restaurant was very poor. As I walked in the tables and floors were dirty. Then went to the restroom to wash my hands and was dirty and smelly. I know it’s not five star restaurant, that it’s a fast food place. However, the aesthetic and clean restaurant speaks for the ownership of the employees and owner’s pride of the place. The manager was sitting (taking her break) and ignored what the restaurant looks like. She walked over the dirty tables, napkins and food on the floors.This was my first time eating at this Jack in the box and will be my last. The leader should take pride of the restaurant she’s running and making sure ALL aspects of the restaurant are met by her employees.

I was told that I was rude at the intercom because I had to repeat my order and then followed by a long pause… As I got to the window I was greated by a male employee which was fine because the confrontation didn’t feel hostile until Evelyn came from behind the employee to say again that I didn’t have to be rude about it. I hope that someone reviews the cameras and recording and speak to Evelyn about her lack of customer service. Camarillo is a prestige location and I would hate for a senior or first responder be treated with disrespect because they were misheard. It was wrong for her to try to correct a customer. I was also not given my receipt and by her approach, I would hate for her to retaliate. I did apologize to the male employee but Jack in the box deserves better.
