First timer here. Ordered one of the specials of the day. When I said I didn’t know what “boosted or lit” meant, an employee (not the owner I think) laughed out loud. I wasn’t trying to be funny. It was awkward. I mean, I’m awkward, but it was just so uncomfortable. The tea I bought was yummy and pretty but so sweet I compared it to Smarties candy. I didn’t realize how much ice was in it, so I was surprised by how little tea there was when I scooped most of the ice out. I should have asked what’s in it to make it that price. Again, it was my first time. I’m sure there will be not be a second one.

The protein shakes are amazing, and so filling! I love the “lit” teas, there are so many flavors to choose from and I haven’t had one I didn’t like. It’s a nice boost of caffeine without all the calories and sugar that are in coffee. I love seeing more woman owned restaurants in the area, Simply Nutrition is a great addition to Auburn!
