I’ve been using Takeout Central for a few years now and I have to say, in my opinion, they are the absolute BEST delivery service out there. I always order online through their website now, but I used to call and place orders over the phone when I first started using Takeout Central. Y’all were always SO SO friendly and pleasant on the phone, and had the best hold music I’ve ever heard.

I am a longtime small business owner and pride myself on supporting other local business. For me to give a local business a one-star review it takes very poor service. This is a delivery service and I was told they did not know that Asheville was having a Christmas parade today and some orders “slipped through” before they realized they would not be able to fulfill them in a timely manner. Nothing was offered to attempt to keep me as a customer other than “we’ll do better next time”. Sorry Takeout Central, there will not be a next time. #kickbackavl here I come!

Takeout Central was a huge disappointment for us today. They only delivered half of our order and then I almost never got through to anyone over the phone to correct it. They then offered a $5 discount, completely unacceptable. The communication only got worse from there. This was way too stressful for delivery.

Takeout Central is heads and shoulders above the other delivery services. This time the driver took extra care to maintain a safe distance while I navigated picking up the bag with one hand because I had a broken wrist on the other one. My dog was also super excited to see him and was jumping up and down like a goofball. Thank you for your patience.

Take out Central as one of the best delivery services. They care about their customers. The delivery heroes as they call themselves are amazing my delivery hero Brian actually called to make sure the directions were right he’s a five star delivery hero in my book.
