Wow! Everything just tasted so fresh. It takes everything I have but to order multiple times a week.. delicious! Pricing was a little expensive but that was my doing by getting it delivered. I would have been completely fine with the price if I drove myself there. And if you use the upside app they do 6% cash back!

The Tuna Trio bowl is amazingly good. The chili lime sauce they use is other worldly. One of their employees, Jay, is very friendly and remembers me and my order every time I visit. The app rewards build quickly, and I’m due for a free bowl after about 8 visits. Highly recommended.

Came in to grab a quick bite to eat. My boyfriend and I were greeted by one of the nicest people ever. Jake was so kind and restored our faith in humanity. So sweet, hard working and made us the best bowls we have had ever at any location. It’s very hard nowadays to find anyone who is kind let alone kind while working. Honestly made our day! Will be coming back just for the service we got.

I’m walking up and see “customers” eating pizza and think, ‘we’ll that different’. I walk pass them and walk to the register, and I’m looking around to see if someone is working. I thought ‘maybe they are in the back, or using the restroom.’. But they weren’t. I hear “are you here to order or here to pick up?!” And I turn around and it’s the blonde girl that was eating pizza with her friends.

Terrible service, worst rice ever. The rice felt like oatmeal. We told the waitress and she was rude. She told me that It wasn’t her problem and that the only thing she could do was to give us brown rice. Worst experience. We used to be frequent customers last year. We are not coming back.

Koibito Poke gets rave reviews for a reason. First impression was how clean it was, second impression was how friendly the young man who was working there was. He was predictive in what I, as the customer, wanted to select for my poke bowl before I pointed to the item. He has a gift.

Love love loved the fresh fish, sauces were good, wide variety of toppings (one that I’ve never seen before: brussel sprouts shavings), and great service! I got the small bowl half white rice and half salad, yellowtail and salmon, sriracha aioli and spicy shoyu sauces, a ton of fresh toppings, and the seaweed seasoning topper also, their to-go bags are so fancy for a poke place lol
