The Service here is so bad. I had a reservation for 8:45 and didn’t get seated until 9:30. The waitress didn’t give us menus, barely paid attention to us, was missing food when everything was brought out. Never get the enchiladas they are disgusting and taste super sweet. Also our waitress ended up giving us the wrong check that was $200 more than what we ordered. And she disregarded the fact that it was my birthday even though I had said it earlier and wrote it in the notes. Another waiter ended up bringing me the little cake which tasted pretty good. Also drinks are good. Other than that I would never recommend coming here. Food sucks, terrible service.

My husband and I just ate here and it was very delicious! We ordered more than what was pictured but hubby was so excited about the ceviche I didn’t get a chance to take a picture. Everything was so good and had so much flavor.

It definitely gives you the feel of a Mexican resort the moment you walk in. The service itself was great, the speed of the service was expected but the disorderliness between the kitchen and staff is evident.

This place is beautiful. It is on the pricey side but I think it’s the whole atmosphere that makes it worth while. I personally ordered a 2 California sushi roll with spicy mayo on top 2 beers and 1 tequila with water. The bill came out to around 85 dollars.

I really don’t like giving a review when it’s not a 5 star I’d rather not say anything at all if the service was great. The reason I decided to post is in hopes that the owner realizes that he has great staff and he needs to bring his A game. If you advertise a fire show then you should have one, especially if you’re Chile relleno plate is almost $25 ( small portion). I’m not sure where the chef learned how to make queso fundido but it was too fluid and had no thick cheese like it’s original creation. Not sure why you serve it with tortillas if you can’t keep it from running out of it before it goes into your mouth. I was very disappointed especially after spending almost $20 per drink and didn’t even get a fire show. I tried calling to check on show times but I think they purposely don’t answer the phone so that you show up anyway. Not to mention the place was warm and humid we were here in the evening. Definitely not a place that I plan to return to anytime soon or maybe ever to be honest.

Vanessa our server was excellent in offering good choices and suggestions on food and drinks! Great customer service, the ambience, the music and the food were delicious! We also enjoyed the fire show. We definitely need to come back to try the sushi menu and more drinks. Great location at Westgate and excellent date night idea.

The place has such an eclectic vibe! Great service- our server was Alyeen and she was great! Loved the food – we ordered the mole enchiladas and it was so delicious, the mole sauce had an authentic taste! The queso was good too. We ordered the portion of the gods and ceilo azule drinks and they were amazing! This place has live entertainment and artists performing which was fun to watch.

A new fresh spot added to Westgate for small/big groups. Plenty of open sitting space yet cozy enough for two. In the evenings you can find a fire show/guitar gentleman playing. The boho, greenery theme of the restaurant gave you a glimpse of Tulum. (Hense the name) Tulum is well known for its instagrammable pics for swing in the restaurants. Add a set of swings and this place would take up a notch!! Otherwise, a cool place to snap a couple pics for your social media or just for fun. Our waitress was attentive to our request. The drinks were delicious ($19) A bit overpriced just like the food. Food was good just a bit over priced for the portion you received. We ordered street elote $13/ enchiladas de mole, cochinita pibil, aguachile plates each $29/ Roca roll, 3 arranchera tacos each $20. I’m not knocking Tulum, the concept is great and service excellent. Just a bit disappointed on the prices for the amount you received. Will we be back? Can’t find myself thinking I must go back. But if I ever find myself looking for a spot to catch a quick drink. Perhaps!

Omg, do you mean I don’t have to go to Scottsdale for an elegant evening out. Well we fell upon this gem as my wife and I was walking through Westgate looking for dinner. We ordered the Street Elote for an appetizer, she ordered the Rajas con crema and I ordered the Cochinita Pibil which all was amazing. I’m sure you’re curious why 3 stars, well the Street Elote came out after dinner was served, I needed more corn tortillas but my waitress never came back until we were finished with our meals, also needed a spoon for the beans which was missing. Other than those issues the ambiance felt as if I was dining in Scottsdale. The guitarist and the fire lady was amazing.
