Didn’t really care for the food. My significant other swore that it was going to be good, but I felt like it really wasn’t. Like typical buffet mall food it tasted like it had been sitting out. The chicken tasted very overcooked. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with cheap food that taste terrible.

This is located at the food court at Independence Mall. I don’t really like that mall anymore, but sometimes I’ll go to Independence Mall just to get food from here. I always get the teriyaki chicken. It’s even better if you get the white sauce. Price is reasonable and food is great. Probably the best of the options at the food court although the others are OK as well.

Food is pretty good and cheap, and they whip it up in like 30 seconds. they should be passing out them white sauces for free though. The white girl out in the front always passing out shot glasses of chicken, while the authentic Sarku lady behind the counter be tryna charge 52 cents for yum yum sauce.

Ordered shrimp teriyaki. Shrimp were hot but rice was cold. Asked to be recooked and they refused. Made me stand on line to get refund.. No way to run a business. Cook very rude.

This food place in the mall IS TERRIBLE. Found a hair in my food and simply went up and told them and the dude took the hair out and tried to hand it back to me then i proceeded to say no i didn’t want it anymore and he pointed to his eyebrow and said sorry do you want your money back and i said yes so he tells the lady and she opens the thing up which is still full and says i ate half of it so i get half of my money back not including what i paid for extras and my drink so i got $1.61 back and left still hungry after paying over $8. not about the money just the principal.

So because of my work schedule I don’t have time to get food there ever often. Now on Sunday they close at 6pm and I don’t work on Sunday. I went in there at 5:35pm and when I went over they told me they are closed. I was very excited to get the food but left very disappointed. Especially since they had customers waiting for food and turned me down even tho they should be closing till 6pm.
