Christian the employee was very rude. I’ve been going to many different Little Caesars locations for many years, this is the worst location in the Denver metro area. They refused to put my better-cheese crust on my pizza, which I’ve had done at every location for over 20 years, including this location. When I got home my Breadsticks were so overcooked they were hollow in the middle and the pizza was undercooked. I will never visit this location again.

Awful experience. The clerk was very patient with me since the menu on the board didn’t have all the options available. But she told me it would take 10 minutes for my pizza to be done. She also told Everybody after me, 10 minutes. I wanted to just pick up a “hot & ready” pizza, but they didn’t have anything prepared. It took 30 minutes!! I would have never ordered if I knew it was going to take that long. They had 2 people making pizzas and finally a 3rd person showed up. Ridiculous!! Too bad the only way they can get people to order food when they are busy is to LIE to them about the time it will take to make it.

Walked in waited five minutes before the dude came out the restroom without washing his hands and tried to take my order. There were literally no hot and ready pizzas hot and ready which defeats the point of them being called hot and ready.

Ordered a pizza on the app and the place was closed when I went to pick up my pizza. Says it closes at 10:00 pm. Ordered my pizza at 9 o’clock and was at the store way before 10. Terrible management at this establishment. Will never come here again

I know it’s a Little Caesars but the bar has been seriously lowered for future disappointment. Nothing was Hot and Ready.. whatever I don’t mind waiting. But WHY is the lunch combo on regular dough with 4 slices of pepperoni across the whole thing?

We got pizza and crazy bread and both were so delicious and fresh! So easy to order online, dropping one star because wasn’t able to delay the baking progress until after we were done running errands so our code to get our order out of the dispenser was expired before we got there. Staff was very kind and helped explain that we only have 30 minutes before our code expires.

Emrick was amazing! I ordered delivery from the Alameda location and half my order was missing… Drove there and they told me they didn’t have the items. Then drove to this location and Emrick was a LIFE SAVER!! SO nice and helped me get the remaining items. Great customer service!! Give him a raise!
