Excellent experience! Everyone was so friendly. We had the tofu and meatball spring rolls, really good and really good peanut sauce. The beef fried rice was excellent and we liked the soup. We got our food quickly and all of the sauces were on the table including the spicy which was perfect. Very clean space. Highly recommend.

Since opening in September, I attend at least twice a month and always experience consistently good food and service in a clean dining environment. I typically ask the owner to help me select a different dish each time to try local favorites or other items not listed on the menu. If you are in the midtown area and looking for an authentic fresh meal, this should be your next lunch destination. Highly recommend!!!

Another fantastic hole in the wall. The portion is generous. The price is very reasonable. The food is very authentic and flavorful. The parking is easy. We went with no expectation, and came out so happy. Well done. Cheers.

This Asian , more preciously Vietnamese place might look a little unimpressive from the outside- however, don’t fall for that trap. It’s truly a hidden gem. The place is neat and clean, and the owners/ staff are very sweet and offers great hospitality with good food. We started with some Vietnamese pancake – it’s humongous, and packed with shrimps snd bean sprouts. Moving on to the main course, I got done stir fried chicken with ginger while my friend got some vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls. The grilled pork was great, and so was the egg rolls. The stir fried chicken with ginger was pretty decent too. The boneless curry flavored chicken sautéed with ginger juliennes was served with a bowl of rice. It was hot and fresh and very comforting. The portion size was huge for everything. We couldn’t finish anything! We took everything left over packed with us as a togo. And with the final check they gave Lindt candies – how cool was that! I highly recommend the place.

So happy this place is open! Run by two of the sisters from Saigon Le (a place I was desperately missed), this food was delicious. The egg rolls with herbs are divine and are a must do at this place. I ordered the lemongrass tofu with pineapple and my partner got a vermicelli bowl, both were very generous portions and delicious. Our food was fresh and arrived quickly. We will definitely be returning!

Ate here for the first time with my brother. And the food was actually really good for Vietnamese. I have had many different types of cuisines, and I actually thought that this was some type of thai, but it was Vietnamese. I was surprised by the flavors. The lady and guy who worked there was very helpful with recommendations and the service was really good. I definitely would recommend trying here.

Enjoyed my first visit to Tuyen’s Asian Bistro, the service was excellent and so is the food!!! I will definitely be coming back. The spring rolls are delicious and I really like the plum sauce that comes with it. We had the house lemongrass tofu with curry, and chicken vermicelli bowl, everything was wonderful!! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu!!

Everything was really amazing, from the food to service. The waitress lady was really nice and attentive. We had the Nem Cuon and Banh Xeo for appetizer. The Nem Cuon was so good that I forgot to take picture of it. Banh Xeo was also good, I loved the fish sauce and fresh herbs that came with it. Then we had Tofu Vermicelli, which was excellent. The tofu was perfectly fried, sautéed with lemongrass and turmeric. The only minus point was the fried chicken wings. It called Canh Ga Chien Nuoc Mam in Vietnamese, so we expected it cook with fish sauce. Yet, it was just fried wings, and they were too dried. We did not like it much. Overall, everything was perfect. We enjoyed the meal and definitely coming back.

We’ve eaten here a couple of times recently and everything is amazing. Our favorites include the Thai Hot & Sour Soup (made veggie), Ginger Tofu, and Lemongrass Tofu. It’s so great to be able to visit Memphis and still enjoy some of the Saigon Le classics. Easily the best Vietnamese food in town!

This place really disappointed me and got 1star because of service. I had a take out order and asked for a small cup of siracha sauce because I’m allergic to peanut sauce. Every table had a huge complimentary bottle for dine in customers. I didn’t mind paying for the sauce but she hands me a tiny to go cup and stated $1 because it’s $20 a big bottle fun and hard fun find. I’m mixed with Korean and I guess look more like my creole side because when I told her that’s a lie I go to the farmers market Kroger and online and buy it all the time for less than $10 and am half Korean born and raised is when she tries to run after me and give it to me for free.
