What can you say about Burger King that has it already been said on good terms. The red or moniker is “have it your way,” and I always get it my way! We were so enthusiastic to plough into our food that we forgot to get photos. My usual is a double meat whopper, no pickles or onions. I will make sure to order burgers in separate bags so that they don’t get squished at the bottom when they use only one bag for a bunch of burgers. It’s my only complaint. The atmosphere would’ve gotten five if they had something nice for toddlers to use while eating. They had a big playground at one time, but I don’t know what happened that.

Absolute worst Burger King ever. We made an online order of the app and when we got there they did not have our shake, ice cream cone, or hershey pies. That is one thing but the woman refused to give us a refund because it was an app order and told us she had no control over giving our money back. She yelled at us to google the service number and someone there could help us out but she would not be doing anything to assist since she runs the store in person and not on the app. Why even accept online orders then??? She refused to give us her name too. We had to leave without our missing food and a refund. The food that we did get was cold and disgusting, we threw our burgers out.

THANK YOU Lisa and crew! I placed a mobile order and did not think it was placed however it did go thru. When I arrived home I noticed my card was charged. I called and talked with Lisa. She told me to ask for her next time I was in the area and she would remake my order. When I arrived. a week later Lisa was off however a crew member remembered my issue and made me a hot and fresh meal. This is a great team always friendly and the food is always HOT and FRESH!!
