On Tuesday, July 18th there was a younger teenage boy working who was the sweetest ever. He was so nice about telling me he would be right with me while he respectively helped the person ahead of me because he said he hasn’t been there before. When he helped me, he was so nice and personable. I wish I would have gotten his name for a personal shout out.

Excellent service, however, my husband ordered the ahi tuna poke bowl and got the horrible food poisoning 6 hours after eating. I ordered the salmon poke bowl and did not get food poisoning. Inside was relatively clean. Would not recommend.

I walked in and was immediately scalded for “looking at an old menu” on the wall. When I ordered half and half the guy making my bowl spilled half of the rice on the counter top and didn’t replace it. Then when I got my food it was absolutely drowning in sauce, so much I couldn’t even finish it because it was so salty. All in all, a pretty bad experience and I wouldn’t go back based on this experience.

I ordered a 3 scoop bowl with multiple toppings. They sent me a two scoop bowl and left off all but one of the toppings. The store on 7th in Phoenix is much better. I recommend going to that one and steering clear of the Scottsdale store.

In an ever increasing poke market, this place stands it ground among the average. The fish is fresh and tasty, but nothing extraordinary that goes above and beyond the expectations of most poke joints. Really enjoyed the meal and will return when in this area again, but I won’t go out of my way to come here for the poke. Nice dine in experience can be expected at this place, friendly, clean and lots of natural lighting!

Delivery drivers – DO NOT PICK UP FROM HERE!!! They don’t follow terms of service and only start making food once you arrive. Then, they make food for customers who are in store but arrived after you! Phuque this place!
