The food is not that great but the worst experience is the manager. I had ordered a kids meal for my daughter and after she drink her drink, she asked for a refill and returned saying we needed to pay. I went to the counter to see why we needed to pay. The manager came out and said we need to pay $0.55 for a refill. I asked where is this posted. This was the first Panda Express that didn’t give refills. Most of the machines are located in the sitting area and am confused. She intended to be rude and said pay or don’t get a refill. My concern is this is a scam.

I’ve been trying to call to speak with the manager at this location about potential cross contamination of allergens but no one ever answers the phone.
