was on my way to grocery shop at shop n save so i stopped at jimmy johns to grab sandwhiches since it was right next door. my sandwhich was made wrong, but i let it go because i don’t care. i was just hungry. took one bite, and pulled a blond/gray hair out of my mouth. only one blond lady there. i’m a brunette. i walked it up and showed them and said, “this isnt mine!” they snatched my sandwhich, asked me what i had, remade it, handed it back, and said, “here you go…” sandwhich was still made wrong. didn’t offer my money back (my order was 9$. i don’t care about that. ? they didn’t even apologize. nothing. there were several customers in there, and i could’ve and should’ve made a way bigger deal. it sucks because i like the sandwiches, but i won’t be back. i’ve never had bad service until today. they’re rude, and they don’t know the menu.

Jimmy johns has good subs with fresh ingredients and delicious bread. Their chips are tasty and all in all the food is good. Where they fall short is their employees are so cold and can’t seem to be bothered. This is at every jimmy John’s we have ever been to. So maybe it’s company policy. Can’t say we’ve ever seen a friendly employee. Also, they have no salt or pepper for you to put on your sandwich. I know they think they have the magic combination of spices, but everyone is different. Some of us want more salt and some more pepper. Why in the heck would you refuse to provide salt and pepper to your customers? Its not that expensive. Anyhow, bring your own spices and the food is pretty good once you get past the employees.

I have never had an issue until today. Decided to grab family dinner and it’s closed. I check the time it’s 8:18pm, knock and I was ignored. Open sign is on but they were putting everything away. Guess I’ll have to find another Jimmy John’s.

I ordered 160 box lunches from this location, for a contractor lunch at my place of work, and everything was ready exactly at the time I requested. There were no missing items in any of the boxes and everything was FRESH! (I called 2 days earlier to confirm the store could accommodate an order of this size at lunch time, prior to placing the order.) The boxes were sorted into bags that were clearly marked with the sandwich number for easy identification. The store manager and one of the workers helped load them into my vehicle at the curbside when I arrived. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I received only positive comments from every contractor after lunch!

Staff is very rude and incompetent! My daughter gets day old bread with lettuce and oil and vinegar, it’s never been a problem. Today it was problem, one of the workers said she could not unwrap the day old bread! Ok, isn’t that your job?! So I said give me a side of lettuce and oil and vinegar and I’ll make the sandwich myself. I also ordered a number 5 and a number 9, 2 bags of chips and a side of Kickin ranch. I had to ask for the Kickin ranch as she”forgot”. I’m driving home back to Scottdale and reach in the bag for my #5 and to my surprise it was not in the bag. I called the store, got the same incompetent girl that was running the cash register, she obviously doesn’t have communication skills as she sat the phone down. Another girl picked up the phone said she was a manager so I explained to her and that I live over a half an hour away , she said I’ll take your name and phone number and when you’re in the area you can stop in and it’ll be free. To which I replied, “free?! I already paid for it and did not receive it” She then hung up! Rude ignorant and incompetent and I will not be back!
