Everything would have been perfect if they hadn’t got our order wrong. I ordered a medium meatball pizza, with regular Marinara sauce, and then a large spinach pizza with white sauce. Because my daughter can’t have red Sauce. Unfortunately, when the pizzas arrived and the delivery guy had left. We realized both pizza’s had red sauce on them. So my daughter wasn’t able to eat. Which kind of upset her.

We order 1 large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and 1 large meat pizza with extra sauce and 15 winga our Order #149 today 7/21/2023 and this was the worst pizza we have gotten from them. The pizza was dry and definitely did not have extra sauce. We called the store within seconds of receiving our oder and the guy who answered said that we got the pizza and our ago which in fact was not true. We spent $57.61 plus 5.00 tip total 62.61. We were told manager was busy when I asked to speak to him and that he would call us back. We’ll no call back so this will be the last time we order from this place. We didn’t spend all that money for dry pizza.

This location is ok, not great not terrible. Customer service is usually good. Last couple times ordering from here my order was not correct. Some of the workers don’t even know what specials they are currently running. My pizza was not how I customized it online. Got all the way home and there was no extra cheese (that I paid for) on the pizza and no extra sauce. Also no garlic butter on crust. I ordered a Pepperoni Maginfico which is suppose to be loaded with meat, it looked like a plain basic pepperoni pizza. Some slices didn’t even have meat on them. This location seems to be hit or miss depending on who’s working. It’s happened the last two times, it won’t be a 3rd… I won’t be back!

please hire safe drivers! driving down the back roads on jackson springs, one of your drivers decided to cross into oncoming traffic (my lane) just to pass 2-3 cars following the speed limit and traffic laws , within feet of causing a head on car crash !! you’d think they would be smarter when driving with a marcos pizza sign on top their vehicle, called the store gave description of worker and vehicle and was told they’d be “spoken to” . putting peoples lives at risk.

Placed a order online wasn’t ready when I got there was told it will be ready in a minute. They even told the person cutting the pizza I was there waiting. Waited 10 mins and come to find out my food has been sitting on the self getting cold. Worst experience I’ve had at Marco’s. Use to be top notch now becoming just like every other place. Use to go for the great customer service but now that it’s gone I guess I can go elsewhere.

I ordered the specialty cheese pizza because the other people eating with me could not agree on toppings. The size of the pie for the money was amazing (I had a coupon)! The flavor of the pie was very good, but the amount of cheddar cheese made it a bit greasy, and it did not sit well with everyone. Also, I had a hard time pulling ght slices apart. I had to use a knife to finish cutting through the crust so I didn’t leave the cheese in the box. As usual, the flavor of the crust, sauce, and cheese were very good (to me).

I don’t know what’s going on with marcos but they have definitely cut down on there portions on their pizza. I’ve been eating marcos for awhile and I HAVE NEVER SEEN A SKIMPY MARCOS PIZZA!! THEN I ASKED THE COOK WHATS GOING ON AND HE STATED THAT CORPORATE INSTRUCTED THEM TO CUT BACK ON THEIR TOPPINGS. THAT PIZZA I GOT TODAY LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE PICKED ALL THE GOODNESS OFF OF IT THEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME NOT HAPPY AT ALL IF THIS IS WHAT MARCO’S IS DOING I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN IM LETTING EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE!!
