Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage. I thought that the pepperoni was supposed to be edge to edge, but it was only half covered. Really disappointed. I lived in Columbus for 33 years and was always satisfied with their pizza. I guess Avon doesn’t care.

The pizza ordered from Red Robin has Donato’s name on it, but we have had the original Donato’s from Parma and Lakewood several times, and this pizza ordered tonight was beyond awful. Tasted nothing like what a Donato’s pizza is supposed to taste like – whatever Red Robin’s “version” they are using is giving the original Donato’s pizza such a bad name. We wound up throwing both pizzas out- that is how bad they tasted – we have never had to throw a pizza out before. Worst $25 I ever spent.

This Donatos is made by Red Robin. Didn’t know this was a thing until yesterday but I ordered a Large The Works pizza with half no mushroom and banana pepper but instead I got all no mushroom and banana peppers on the entire thing. Not a big deal but the box says it was inspected and tripled checked and what not but obviously wasn’t. Receipt was exactly like how I ordered it bc I did it online. Hope getting the pizza wrong isnt going to be a habit there.

Good old LARRY the general manager thief. I got caught getting drunk at work when I was 18 there, only reason he didn’t call the cops is he was stealing from the safe. So he justed fired me. Of course I didn’t learn the reason why until almost a decade later. Not that I care much, just one of those funny stories I suppose.

Completely horrible, ordered 2 large pepperoni and was told they don’t make breadsticks AT ALL. And very limited to what u can order, to top it off i couldn’t understand the person i was ordering from #*<× too bad i loved donatos, one more customer gone for good-get it together people!

I love Donatos, but something was a little off with this pizza. It had a plastic taste .. didn’t look/taste as appetizing as other locations I’ve been to. I think the sauce is different maybe? Was quite a let down.

Worst phone order i ever attempted to place, a pen n pad would be far superior to their current process, and someone adept to customer service should be a priority. Long story short, i couldnt order a thin crust for pickup????wth, and cant order at all unless you give an email. Way to burn a loyal longtime customer…………
