I’m traveling through Oregon and stayed in Medford for a week. During this time, I frequented this location about every day, in some capacity. Each time, I ordered through the app, had a quick drive thru experience to pick up my order, and was approached by friendly faces at the window. The variety of food I received was always hot, and their coffee was made to my specifications *perfectly* every time. I would definitely go back to this location if in the area!

nice newer store . sometimes the employees are NOT friendly is it that hard to say thank you? fairly quick service. Food at this one isn’t always fresh. sometimes the buns taste old and most often they serve old fries. they need to UP their fry game.

I brought in my autistic grandson, age 6, for a special lunch experience allowing him to play on the table games he enjoys, and he was refused because the staff was taking that whole row of tables (with all the table games in the joint) to have a staff meeting – which the guy conducted very loudly the entire time we ate, so that we got to know all about which cups were rolling out and how nobody should use the new ones until the old ones were done, etcetera . . . my grandson handled it well but it could have been another way.

If you are traveling through Medford Oregon don’t stop at this McDonalds. We come here everyday to eat breakfast. My wife is on crutches and can not go in that is why we sit in the parking lot to eat.The security here has harassed us continually. You spend a small fortune here and you get harassed. If your lying outside overdosing they don’t say a word to you and if you buy breakfast and sit in the parking lot enjoying your meal and using the internet they come and harass you. Is McDonalds a part of this? Someone needs to do something.
