This isn’t a bad location, but they clearly just don’t pay much attention to what their doing sometimes. I stopped there on the way home earlier, and I had to remind them about my cinnatwist before I drove off. Luckily I looked in my bag. Now I just ordered doordash for a late snack. I wanted more cinnatwist. They forgot them again!!!!!!!! Now it’s too late.

When I went through the drive through, it was about 11pm, I’m pretty sure the manager was working the window. She was so busy talking she missed my burrito which was upsetting because I ordered a burrito combo, it was the main dish to the combo, wow. When I called she would only offer me my burrito if I would drive back up there right then, ugh. I guess you don’t get what you pay for here

The employees seemed shorthanded and didn’t have time to take orders. I didn’t have a problem using the kiosk but other customers left when no one took their order. Food was ok. I mean it is Taco Bell so you get what you pay for.

My order was completely wrong but didn’t feel like dealing with the headache of getting it remade so just ate it as it was. The main thing for me that impacts the whine meal is the process. It’s ridiculous he is much they charge for basically a teaspoon of hamburger meat and some veggies. That can buy one head of lettuce, pound of ground meat and make over $10,000 in profit. It’s really sickening the cost of such basic menu items now. Not much you can do about but stay home and cook your own meal I guess…

Just can’t get over how expensive this place has become! Went recently for 6 measly Taco Supremes- $18!! You can get a full, authentic Mexican dinner & drink at a REAL restaurant for that amount! Drive-thru is also a joke, with kids working that apparently have received little to no training! NO MAS!!!

First there’s no greet, no smiles, everyone look upset. I had to order on kiosk since no draw on front counter was told after waiting but that was okay but what wasn’t okay I ordered a freeze and was told they haven’t had it for months but there was no sign out. I told manager that didn’t seem to care to even put one out. I’m disappointed cause I was nice to her but she was rude. Where is the store manager or district manager cause there’s no professionalism here on weekends

Basically waited 20 minutes for a cantina bowl. They force you to order at the kiosk but all they are doing is leaning on the counter on their phones, yelling, cussing and chatting, scream laughing and talking about vacation. I heard them cutting up across the lobby and to get them on the ball I had to move from waiting in the corner to infront of the register for the manager to say “guys this ladies still waiting why?” Oh i thought we did that already chit chat off the clock ladies if you can’t multi task. And for petes sake as the manager dont do it with them and be part of the problem.
