Loaded Italian You might want to sit down. This could take a while. We took the best of the Italian meats – pit-smoked ham, salami, and pepperoni, sliced them up thin, then stacked them higher than feasibly possible with melted Swiss. But we didn’t stop there. We piled banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on there too, and drizzled it all with a red wine vinaigrette, topped with garlic aioli, all on a toasted Italian roll. OK, you can get up now.
Smokehouse Brisket We set out to make a sandwich with layers of smoky flavor, and this is the result. We smoke our brisket for at least 13 hours in a pit smoker in Texas. We top that with smoked gouda, crispy onions, mayo and BBQ sauce and serve it all on an artisan-style roll.
Traditional Greek Gyro You don’t need to go to Greece to enjoy a Greek Gyro. You just need to like flame-seared, knife carved gyro meat, with crispy vegetables, creamy tzatziki sauce, and warm pita bread. You do need to be able to get to Arby’s. Apparently, you can order a cab on your smartphone now, so that’s a solid option.

2/$7 nugget deal is a scam. You can get bigger nuggets at any other fast food joint than here. No chicken. Just fried dough. We are local here but now would think twice before spending money here. Not sure if these was employee fault or management decision but it’s definitely not worth it.

Could use better customer service. Stood at the register for about 5 mins before I was even acknowledged. Manager signed into her register and just gave me a look like what do you want??? Rolled her eyes when I asked if I can upgrade my drink to a shake. Good food just the staff needs to be trained better on how to handle their customers

Food was great. Service was extremely slow. Went through drive-thru. Could barely hear the person on the speaker I mentioned it to the girl when I paid and she basically just shrugged her shoulders. When placing order there was a very long wait because you could tell they would take an order, that person would pull up to the window to pay, then be asked to pull up and their food would be brought out. Meanwhile the next car would have to wait for the car at the window to pull up then the car at the order window could give their order.

I use to enjoy coming to this place. They have a very rude manager there that just acts like she wants to make everyone miserable. The staff is great but that one manager. They messed up my food several times which is fine but she’s got an attitude problem. Then I had multiple sandwiches for 5 people and she wouldn’t give extra sauce packets expect 3 because that’s the limit? She informed me to get cups of sauce and take them home. I’m driving so yeah that’ll just dump then the car. I know customer service is hard but I will not go there if she’s working. Asked for the GM number and they won’t give it. So take this review as you wish. I could go on about the stuff that’s happened so while she’s there I’ll go somewhere else better to eat.

I love Arby’s just regular roast beef sandwiches. And this Arby’s had the four for $10. So I ordered a chocolate milkshake and one of the split strawberry/cream cheese pies. Some of the Arby’s don’t carry them anymore. But it’s a toss up between those and the apple turnover as to which is the best. I wish more of them still honored the military/senior discount.

Came in at 10:20pm they said they are closed for a half an hour till next shift comes in. They have told many customers different things like a manager is not here. We are not allowed to take orders. As one employee went to the back to meet a trucker.. very unprofessional and not impressed. They need to fix their hours to let customers know the correct hours of work…
