I haven’t received my pizza after ordering from the app over one and a half hours of waiting. Called the store and no answer, just the automate machine. No way to cancel on the app. Went in google maps and saw all the one stars, wish I knew before. Although I haven’t received my pizza, I know I don’t want it anymore. This location needs to close or find new management. But it looks like the regional manager isn’t doing their job and looking where customers are adding reviews. What a joke. Never again.

Ordered via the app. Time after paying stated 20-30mins.. I didn’t get my food until 1 hour and 37 mins later. All my food was burnt, sandwiches were opened faced and they forgot the Alfredo on my Pasta.

I do not understand how a huge chain has not taken action on the same matter of this specific store , despite the continuous reviews about the same problem: delivery marked in the application as “ done “ and the food never arrives + calls to the store and no one answering the phone for an explanation about Where is the food you ordered? I had to live this situation today, but I went to the store in person right the way, I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes sitting on the couch waiting for the food that was marked as “ delivered” but not in my hands, or the person in the phone, I couldn’t keep my hands closed and lose $50 dollars, once in the store, the supposed “manager” says that sometimes the application has problems, I asked her to call the driver to see where he was, “ Dario” is his name, turns out they did not have the driver’s phone number, they had to look for it, and call another person to provided it, they were unable to explain the reason why this situation happened. I have to ask them to make my orden again, right there because I wasn’t moving out of the Store without the food. I would like a corporate employee to take care of this specific location, they are doing something strange with the orders that never arrive. This is not normal , and happening for so long and so many times.
