Personally I watched 6 customer’s walk out because and I quote “they are taking way to long” this was before I was waiting for 15 minutes in line, so who knows how long they were there, no urgency in making food, I ordered my food online 10 min prior and was waiting an additional 25 minutes when it was very slow. This place should be shut down. I said in line for 20 minutes behind one person before they gave up and left and then I gave up and left. That’s how good of service they have and then also imply that to the food which they can’t even make a simple taco with some lettuce cheese and meat. I do not recommend to go here at all if you are thinking you are going to and you might as well save yourself some money in time and dig out some food out of a trash can

Ordered online, got there half an hour later, stood there for another 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, another 10 to get my order, get to my car and half the order is wrong, take it back in and another 15 minutes to be spoken to, again, manager takes my order by hand on paper, makes them remake it, I get it, still missing items so they give them, I get home finally to start eating and discover they still made half of the remake wrong. 10/10 would not recommend

Ordered my food and come to find out they had everything wrong.!! My cheesy Gordita crunch was cold and old and had sour cream and spicy ranch on it as you can see I didn’t ask for it… so I was like okay one mistake it happen go to split then quesadilla with my son to find out they put NO SAUCE in it nor cooked it for cheese to melt…. So I looked at the rest of the food and the soft shell taco had lettuce in it the cheese roll up WASNT even COOKED.!!! The only thing right was the fries and drink…. I wish i seen this before getting home because I would just took it all back …

My daughters (3) only about 3-4 hours after eating a simple hard shell taco from here yesterday got food poisoning and spent the night throwing up! Their dad got food poisoning from here as well last night, not a taco bell we’ll ever be coming back to

I went in at 10:30 and placed a lunch order. After waiting ten minutes I was told the regional manager said they didn’t have to sell lunch till 11:00 that day. Why wasn’t I told this when I walked in the door. All the employees stood there and watched me get my refund. If you want a easy job, go work at Taco Bell Muscatine.

Service was horrible. When I arrived to pick up my food they were focused on working on the drive thru. I ordered through the app and it had said my order was finished and it wasn’t even started. They asked if the people in the lobby was DoorDash one person got to answer then they walked away. I always watched one person who was there before I was not get their order until after I got mine. I also watched 3 people who got there after I did get their food and leave. There was one person who got there at the same time as I did and get their food before I did. I get I ordered mine on the tacobell app and he did his at the kiosk in the store and possibly dining in. It was just disappointing that there were people got their food before the DoorDash guy who had been there longer than myself. I have been here many times and they have always messed up my order by substituting things without talking to me about it before just doing it. This place has gone downhill by a landslide.
