Place smells so good. It’s clean anvall you smell is the fresh veggies, meat an the pizza dough. The employees that work there, at least ones I’ve had pleasure of doing business with, have very good courtesy. I will go back at some point. I do recommend this place to get your take n bake pizza.

Honestly truly shocked. So I tried to place an order over the phone, and there was no answer, tried again same thing. So I thought I’d give them time considering they might be busy. After waiting I attempted to call 2 more times, so I decided to go in and order. Upon arrival, I came to find no body at front, to wait to see a thinner gentleman with a beamy on come out and ask if we had a call in order, after informing him that we had tried, his whole demeanor changed, so after ordering I decided to wait. Upon waiting an older gal came in to order and was seeking a price of the family size, she was trying to see if she could afford and the cashier, who was a larger set male with brown hair and a beard was little to no help, after questioning him on the prices, he boldly stated in front of the store “so you want to know the family size prices, but don’t want a family size pizza?” And she kindly responded with I’m just trying to figure out how much it is. And then she made comment about how the family prices should be on the menu to which he replied “ idk I didn’t make the menu” honestly this women was so kind and patient to this unprofessional worker, and it’s sad because he should’ve been demonstrating soft skills and costumer service. I don’t usually leave reviews but I couldn’t stand by after seeing such appalling behavior, especially to an elderly woman.

Have gone here for years. Normally has been great but I decide to send my wife over to pick up pizzas. We ordered a New York style pepperoni pizza and when she picks up its covered in ground beef. Mention it to the lady and that it wasnt what we ordered and get told that she has other customers to take care of before she spends anymore time fixing our pizza. So we left and with the new approach they have with customers I promise you we will never return to this papa Murphy’s
