After ordering our drinks, I went to the fountain area. I immediately notice black mold around the grate/bay of the machine. Underneath where the nozzles and levers were you could tell it had not been cleaned there this some time either. The entire fountain machine was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t bring myself to even get a drink from it. I ended up getting my water from my car.

Took 15mn to get someone on speaker to order my food. Then had to pull forward so I can wait on my chicken to be cooked which I did not mind. Told the guy thank you have a nice day he said yeah whatever very poor customer service! Then when I got home come to find out chicken was over cooked tasted like it was cooked in old grease. They need to change the grease in the fryers more often. I will not be back! To bad Arby’s used to be my favorite place to eat for fast food. I’m not the only one that has complained not even sure why they are still even open.

The manager on duty was worthless!!! All the tables were dirty, no lids out for drinks. No ketchup, ice machines must have been almost empty. The manager kept hollering if any of the employee’s wanted free food instead of going back and asking. She was just plain rude. Food was okay, the crinkle fries were awful.

There was mold on the ice when I put it in my cup. I went and looked in my coworkers cup and saw black pieces floating in his Mellow Yellow. I showed the mold on my ice to an employee and explained they need to clean the drink machine or the ice machine in the back because there’s mold. We poured our drinks out and got bottled waters from our van to drink with our meals. We sat long enough to eat and no one did anything about the machine to prevent people from using it until they could clean it. I told the customers that tried to use it to check their ice before putting their beverage in and pointed to the obvious mold on the outside of the machine. We sat down to finally eat and unwrapped our beef & cheddar’s and neither had “red ranch” sauce ♀️we decided to go here instead of the Braums across the street and we made a mistake.

Food was cold. Asked for a large drink and was given a medium. Told the window worker Thanks about 3 times as she just stared at me and failed to offer a thank you or have a nice day. Customer service of all things cost nothing to offer. Will not be back. Worst Arby’s I’ve been to.

Got the southwest avocado chicken wrap. Are the first half wondering when I would come across the avocado. After eating it and still not locating the avocado I decided to investigate. Alas. The avocado made its appearance notice the greenish hue on the wrap with the red specs??? That right there is the elusive avocado. Perhaps having avocado in the title should be rethought. It’s a very tasty wrap but disappointing if you’re expecting an avocado.

Waited in the drive thru for 40+ minutes for my food. This is ridiculous slowest Arby’s in the history of Arby’s. The guy at the window took forever to take our money for the order. This was horrible, they should be giving the food out for free for theses waits. (I forgot not to mention: the workers were just doing random things to be busy)

I love Arby’s, but the specific Arbys I went to was horrible. They had a horrible atmosphere with bugs crawling in the restroom . The food was horrible, and made me need to go to the restroom. The service was ok, but they took forever to make my order, and no one else was ordering.
