New Korean Barbecue in Palisades Park, NJ. Valet parking is easy as there’s an attendant in front of the restaurant. Place is bright and modern and a very nice vibe. The owner makes sure everybody is taken care of. ALL the employees are very nice and there to make you comfortable. The meat was very tender and the side dishes were copious. Love the egg soufflé. Would recommend highly to try the new place.

I liked the modern interior and especially enjoyed the coolness during the hot summer. The meat and other side dishes were also delicious. However, it seems like some training is needed for non-Korean workers. For example, it’s like simmering beef short ribs over low heat to extract the juices. Also, overall, the service from the staff lacked some technical aspects.

Saw this place open while I was passing by. The atmosphere was amazing and the quality of food was incredible. Seems like they really wanted to make sure customers get the best experience possible. The price is similar to other spots, but definitely worth more considering the quality of the meat and services you’d be getting. I been to a lot of KBBQ spots that are plenty in NJ Bergen County area, and this place definitely notches over most, if not all. Went with a group of 6 and had the large combo, which was plenty for all of us. Definitely recommend!
