After reading so many of the reviews for this restaurant. I had to come here myself to test it out.

My partner is Ecuadorian born and raised. We live in Colorado where Ecuadorian establishments are rare to none. This place made him extremely happy as the food was delicious and service was great. We tried a little bit of everything and can happily say that we loved it! I wish we could stay in Miami longer so we could keep coming back! Don’t miss out on this gem. I recommend the delicious empanadas!

What great words can I use to describe this Ecuadorian restaurant? Absolutely amazing. My mom and myself went to try Ecuadorian food for the first time yesterday and we had an incredible experience. From the Ceviche to Llapingachos, and beer. Coming from Palm Beach, I would definitely come back to this establishment soon!

Excellent authentic food. It’s a small neighborhood place, and parking is tight. Basically, it’s a little hole in the wall secret that feels like only you know about.

I’m from fort Lauderdale and decided to come down to this lovation bc there are no Ecuadorian restarants in my area. Google, the door, and even the sign stated the restaurant closes at 6pm I’ve worked in restaurants and closing time is usually the time they let the last guests in. I obviously would’ve loved to come earlier but being so far and traffick, I at least tried to make it before last call… I got there at 5:36 to be exact and the “open” sign was on just to find the 2 servers counting money on one of the tables and basically told me they’re closed. To me, it just seems they want to go home early on a Friday night. I was not impressed! Don’t even want to try the food anymore :/ I take it they’re not the same Barzola family from Brookly…. I came down for the nostalgia of having gone to a Barzola up there in the late 90s early 00’s but never again!.

This place is overpriced for the quality of the food and service. We were a party of two and still had to pay 18% gratuity which already comes included in your bill. On top of that, the prices on the menu don’t tie to what you are charged. So be careful!!! They are trying to be creative on how they steal more money. You can totally go to a high-end restaurant and end up paying about the same.

For a transplanted New Yorker finding Ecuadorian food is a plight usually unfulfilled. Although the prices may be somewhat high I can only imagine the rent the establishment must dish out. The food was amazing and the service was on point. Will definitely come back next time I find myself in Miami.

The food and service was really good, I’m from Ecuador and I went with my family, the only but that we have, is that the place itself is not well taken care of, it needs a renovation ASAP.
