The food is good and hot. The employees here are polite and really helpful. They’re very careful about not putting things you don’t want. Which is great for any food place. They have sauces and a soda machine with a lot of drink choices. There is a lot of seating inside and masks are required.

I wish I could give one star I would. The nerve of the entire staff here defending wrong in this terrible establishment. If you aren’t “Spanish” don’t think you will be treated here with respect. I’ve never felt more humiliated in my life!! As I ordered my food one of the workers right next to my food is wiping the counter with the food that was leftover from previous order all around the counter. The rag itself wasn’t clean obviously and he’s wiping food onto my food. I asked him to not do that for the obvious reason and he continued to do it. I told the person making my food that the last two tacos I didn’t want for that reason and automatically I got an attitude. When I was asking the other workers why was he doing that they told him to stop and he looked at me and said what’s the problem. Who are you guys hiring ? What training are you providing to where common sense isn’t common? What’s the problem? It was also the way he said it to me that really bothered me. When I spoke to the manager she had no care in the world about correcting him! Her response was “well didn’t you get new tacos”? As he continued to wipe the counter down. This place is a joke and if this is your business practice “Moes”you shouldn’t be in business! I will never eat at another Moes again nor will I ever recommend this place! The level of disrespect here at this location ruined me ever doing business in the future. I will be taking this further!

I ordered a bowl. After I saw the amount of meat they put in my bowl I was shocked. I asked for double meat and paid $4 extra. Even though I asked for extra meat the server barely put any “extra meat”. The men staff are strange and act like the own the place and the bowls are half empty. Will stick to going to chipotle. We came to this location for the first time this year as we had a coupon to use. We asked the cashier prior to ordering and then we started ordering. The guy making our food must not be in good mood because then he started staring well if you are ordering HomeWrecker then you can’t use the coupon. We told him that we already confirmed with the cashier. Also the restaurant has closed down its Salsa bar. The place seemed to be a ghost town.

Great friendly staff. They don’t serve that much in the actual bowl, so don’t think your bowl will be filled. The meat quality is decent but not in comparison to Chipotle. They do have better toppings and sauces that are better then Chipotle.

The staff at this Moe’s went above and beyond for my family. I was with my baby and toddler after a birthday party. My daughter made a huge mess before we could even order food. The staff were so incredibly kind to us despite our disruption. When went back today to thank them, I ordered a burrito and a salad shell bowl. Everything was delicious, so much so that think am converted from other similar chains. Thank you to the manager and staff at this location.

I had a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, pinto beans, cilantro, mild salsa, guac and cilantro. I ordered in person. Close to finishing up my bowl I bit into a weird texture and found out I was chewing on a roach. I am very disgusted and called the restaurant to notify them, I spoke to a gentleman who did not give me a very helpful or caring response.. please up your sanitary measures.. my husband and I have been very loyal customers but will not be coming back
