Plenty of parking space. I went on the 3rd day of opening day on a Sunday evening. Service was great. Was served immediately and the staff was very friendly and came to check on the table. I did the top shelf dinner for $55.95 which includes all different cuts of meats, all you can eat salad bar and another bar of hot sides dishes available next to the salad bar. I love that they serve 2 different Hmong peppers. One is the regular pepper sauce but also offer the house special which is the same but has extra spice. The second pepper is made with roasted peppers and is also spicy. By the way they also have Hmong sausage and sticky rice available. For dessert I had the chocolate molten cake and ice cream combo which was delicious and definitely shareable for 2 people. Definitely recommend. Family friendly.

We’ve been to the St. Paul location and wanted to check out the Bloomington location. It’s in a strip mall which offers plenty of parking. It was easy to grab a table as they were not that busy.

Great place for dates, special occasions and fun work dinners. They have a full bar and serve Coke products, but my kids love the limeade (like a Brazilian lemonade but made with limes). We’ve been a big fan of the St. Paul Bullvinos and love this new location just as much. Same great food and service, but with free and easy parking. We are big meat lovers and this place is top notch. They also have great sides, salad bar and hot bar. Try to pace yourself and think of the salad bar as sides to eat throughout your meal vs. stuffing yourself before the main course. The meat comes around at a great pace (not too slow) and they take requests. They are also quick to refill drinks, which is so important. If you’re looking for a Brazilian steakhouse experience, this location and the St. Paul Bullvinos are the best options in the Twin Cities. They are 10 times better than Fogo and 50 times better than Rodizio!

I had been stalking this restaurant ever since the “Coming Soon” sign appeared last Fall. Bullvino’s – Bloomington was worth the wait. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the food is outstanding! Start out with the salad bar and then keep on with the meats. Gauchos will keep coming as long as you want them to bring you more of… well, everything. I have now been there four times since they’ve opened and I can’t wait to go back! The best part is learning what you like and then knowing what you want brought to you. I’ve tried things that I’ve never thought I would try, and enjoyed them all. The prices are in line with other similar restaurant. Try the pineapple, you’re welcome!

Excellent service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! They even made me a drink that wasn’t on their drink menu and it was delicious! I loved chatting with the manager and waitress! Best service I’ve had in a long time!

Been waiting for this place to open. Now that I actually got to go it was worth the wait. Wait staff was super nice and food was really good. I know they just opened up so you can tell they are still getting their feet wet but I am impressed so far. Will definitely come back.
