Customer service was great. I had to wait 30 min for coffee. I asked if I could be given 2 McDoubles for free with extra onions. Elba said it would be 4.15, I told her I should get it complimentary since I had to wait. Elba who is the manager surely wasn’t having it. She wouldn’t compensate me by giving me anything for free. I finally received my coffee 33 minutes later. Reneee was extremely sweet and great customer service 🙂

I love Mcdonald’s Fries, especially when they are fresh and hot. The chocolate chip cookies are off the chain? The sweet tea and the caramel frappes r to die for if made right. the burgers need a Lil work they taste old to me just want a hot, fresh burger with the cheese melted. I have to ask if they can heat it up.

This is one of the most improved business in Durham. The redesign of the interior is remarkable. It is now spacious and bright. The staff inside are very friendly and responsive to those of us who prefer to place an order with a person. The food was warm, delivered quickly and the kids ate it like wild animals. If they’ve cornered you into a trip to clown town, this is a fine one.

On Thursday 3/2 My fiance and I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s he loved this one however after our experience he is thumbs down … We went to the drive Through the person got our order wrong (he didn’t understand English well) when we got to the window to pick our food up we tried to explain to the young lady if she could repeat our order she begins laughing as we was a joke. We ask to speak to the Manager she was No better she close the window to get our order corrected and speak to the young lady that was laughing then we see them both laughing… It was so unreal how the workers was not taking there jobs seriously in these day. OH WELL be aware of the unprofessional service you will receive. WE will never Go back..

The food was cold and not prepared as a big Mac should have been. Cold FF,drink machine was not working and no milkshakes. Honestly this was the worse McDonald’s I have ever gotten food from. Our order was messed up and we had to wait another half hour. Just absolutely horrible !!!!

I eat at this McDonald’s a couple of times a week- mostly breakfast before work. It is usually a great place. The workers are friendly and they absolutely do their best to get everyone’s orders out correctly and in a timely manner. My order has not been wrong once since I started eating here. Last Friday, Jan 6, 2023, was a bit of a different story. It was slammed! The drive- through was packed and there were at least 20 people waiting inside. The cashier was doing her best. She greeted everyone and apologized for the wait. She had wonderful customer service. The manager then yelled at her, in front of all the customers, telling her to “be quiet”, and “do her job. They know what’s going on, they can see we’re busy, you need to be working on the food, not talking to them.” Some of the customers told him to stop yelling at her, that she was just being polite and was doing her job. That seemed to make him madder, because he yelled at her again, to hurry up and be faster. She was doing the best she could. With 20 people waiting in the lobby, I still got my food in less than 7 minutes, slower than usual, but it was an unusual day. I did not like how he spoke to her at all! There was no reason for it, and he especially should not have done so in front of the customers. That was completely unprofessional, rude, and just plain mean. She was doing her job.
