Cute place with pretty taste food for Rocksprings. I would say a tad bit pricey for having eaten way better tacos for cheaper price. The tortas had 4 taco options with meat on small corn tortillas. The meat was tasty. The pulled beef was my fav.

Excellent food, excellent service! My favorite is their street tacos; they come with 4! I love that they let me customize the meat and get half chicken and half beef. Their salsa bar is amazing, everything is very authentic. My husband’s favorite is of course the torta. For the food you get, with authenticity, you can’t beat their prices much anywhere else!

I loved the food here. It was the most authentic Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. I enjoyed their salsa bar with 10+ different salsas that you can load up your meal with. But the best part of my meal was my frozen margarita. I’m not much of a tequila drinker but that was the smoothest margarita I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this restaurant to people throughout the state of Wyoming, the United States and hell, even the globe.

While traveling cross country, I stopped for gas. Bleary eyed and hungry I spotted this unassuming restaurant, Super Tortas Mina Taqueria. What a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious, the home made salsas were fantastic and the staff was pleasant. I continued my journey refreshed and well fed!

Very clean environment. They actually cook/fry the tortillas and I think they were the raw from scratch kind. I ordered the Mexican breakfast burrito and honestly I wasn’t a fan of refried beans and eggs together or raw jalapenos in it. But its exactly as described in the menu so it’s not their fault I didn’t care for it. I am looking forward to trying some of their other items. I will definitely be back. I was impressed in a lot of ways.
