I gotta say, that Japanese restaurant hit the spot! The tonkotsu ramen was seriously mouthwatering, and the staff? Super friendly, like talking to old pals. Oh, and they hooked me up with a free mango tea that was so darn refreshing. The whole vibe in there was real nice too, just added to the whole experience. Definitely gonna be a regular spot for me from now on!

Highly recommended new Ramen place in town. They have really good Donburis and Bobas as well. The customer service is really good and the atmosphere as well. The price might seem a little bit expensive but they give out really big portion so it’s totally worth the price. They give out foods in their awesome customized bowl with a nice takeout bag (if you order for takeout). We also got to talk to one of the owners and it was really nice to know about their startup story. Their customized character is also super dope. I have already been 4-5 times to this place and highly recommend everyone to try it out.

I walked into this unassuming shop in a strip mall and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the ramen that this shop had to offer. I got the tonkotsu ramen and the broth was so rich and flavorful and the pork chashu pieces were so tender they melted in your mouth and the soft boiled egg was marinated to perfection and jammy and delicious. I really appreciate that the green onions were shredded instead of chopped. It added a great texture with the noodles. The noodles were also thick and perfectly cooked. My partner also got the ramen but he got the Black garlic which he greatly enjoyed as well. I got a passion fruit tea with my order and it was very good and had an interesting texture with the fruit inside. I almost thought it was ultra finely diced watermelon pieces? It was so small though. Gave the drink a crunchy texture. But this was easily the best ramen I’ve had in south Florida and I’ve been to large ramen restaurant from downtown to coral gables all the way to further south and I think flavor wise this was my top pic.

Cute little cozy ramen shop. It’s brand new so it’s really clean. I lived in Japan for 2 years and have been chasing that ramen taste ever since. The Gyoza is fantastic and delicious 9/10. I got the blackened garlic ramen and it’s always different everywhere I try it. The broth was ok but they are definitely not using black garlic, and it was oily instead of the typical thicker rich tonkatsu broth that I crave. Maybe if they added a tempered whipped egg it’d be a little closer to that. The bowl it came in was metal so everything was PIPING hot and it stayed that way. You’ve been warned. The bamboo shoots were ok not exactly there yet in terms of flavor but the texture was spot on. The soft boiled egg was actually really good and that’s hard to do. The noodles were cooked perfectly and we’re flavorful. The chashu (while not exactly identical to japanese chasu and was not cooked the same way) was really good. All in all solid 6.8 out of 10 if you want a good ramen expiernce or if you’ve never had “real ramen”. If they served beer maybe I’d give them a 7.5 out of 10.

overall the food was ok. I wasn’t aware that everything else (besides the noodles and protein) was an add on. you can eat at other ramen restaurants for the same price and your bowl will have eggs, corn, etc.
