So, “grub hub” an order, by the time everything was said and done, was 94.00 for two pizzas and bread sticks….. got charged for the add on’s and they are not there? I called and they can’t do anything except give a credit but nothing about the “fix it now” “deliver a new order” etc….. so paid 100 bucks for two pizzas and sticks and it’s completely wrong? Any green peppers, onion, extra pepperoni?

I give three stars because of how fast my order was ready. The pizza looked cooked just right. I ordered online and that is why it’s not five stars. When you make your own pizza there is a way to choose your sauce. But there is not a way to order easy sauce. I have seen them at the restaurant and I would imagine that they are putting too much sauce on the pizzas because that’s how they are trained. A huge ladle of sauce starts pouring at the top and quickly goes around the pizza top to bottom. This method makes it have FAR TOO much sauce on the upper part of the pizza and hardly any towards the bottom of the slices. Perhaps they could slow down pouring the sauce and distribute it evenly across the whole pizza. We have tried other pizza chains and they do the same thing. Hopefully bringing it to Pizza Huts attention the matter can be resolved. I am sure more customers have had the same issue as I have. I will go to the restaurant to order in person next time but the last time I did that they did not honor the sale prices as shown on tv. Said it had to be ordered using the app. Please don’t make me go somewhere else for my pizza. Thank you

Spent about $60 on burnt pizza. Delivery. They told me to bring it back like I didn’t pay for a delivery for a reason. The delivery lady. I pyt your drink in the bag but I don’t know where it went. Huh? You lost the 2 liter and you asking if, I want something I paid for? No respect for my hard earned money.

Ordered online for delivery, wings were suppose to be honey BBQ guess you only get a sample of the sauce. Asked for hut flavor crust but got plain crust. Called to get it corrected got told they could send the sauce for the wings and crust ??? And give me a $5 credit. What am I Suppose to do brush it on my pizza with my finger. What is the point of ordering food if it’s not going to be made correctly?? After a long ordel they are going to make the food correctly and redeliver it to me. Now I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour cause they are so busy. So I order the first time had it to me in 30 minutes. It does not seem like they value their customers if I messed someone’s order up I’d be hightailing it to get it corrected without argument and in a rush. Not them though. This is ridiculous

To tell the truth, I don’t think I’ve ever actually been inside this location. I order delivery from here though and it’s always at least on time but usually considerably sooner, fresh, and still nice and hot. It seems like the website has the best deals anyways. Always satisfied with my pizza from here!

I will never use this place again I work next door to them and last weekend I got pizza from them they bought it too me and it was 12.06 and this time 18.00 for delivery when I’m in walking distance from the store next door if it should have 18.00 from the first time then that’s what it should have been all along not what ever they feel like charging you bad business like I said it’s there loose because I’ll never be buying anything from them again and I mean it too .
