The customer service was absolutely excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially for it being my first time. The sandwiches were great. They have toasted and regular subs. Many choices for breads, meats, toppings, cheeses. I was so impressed. I loved the variety and many choices they had for sandwiches. I chose to get The Outdoorsman with turkey pastrami, salami, pepperoni, and bologna.

Great food, I’ve been coming to the Richardson location since it was in the original spot just down the way. However there has got to be a better way to handle pickup orders… I waited longer for my pickup order than the people in line. No one answers the phone for curbside so those parking spots are being wasted in an already packed joint. Please help!

I had a great experience at this location. I don’t know what the “norm” is, but I sure hope it’s like the experience I had today. The team at this location were all around so helpful for this slow newbie. Avi was so kind and personable. She said I would be back after I tried the sandwich and she was right! I will be back. Never gave the place a thought in the past but I went through the drive thru with everything going on and I am impressed with the quality and flavor! Delicious sandwiches. It’s my new favorite shop. I have been visiting every week or two.

The strawberry shake was ok. Not a thick consistency. The steak sub was not good at all. Tasted more like roast beef and was not hot like it should have been. I would go back and try a cold sandwich.
