Food was good. Odd experiance though. Restaurant seemed fairly well staffed, and was not very busy. We were seated and not one person spoke to us at all for approx 10-12 min. Finally my wife went to speak to hostesses, while at the same time our waitress was moving a chair and getting tea to fill another table and at that exact moment seemed to understand we were waiting. Then still took our food a while longer than others who ordered after us. Also the bathroom was a total disater.

Honestly im not that picky. This place had good drinks but terrible food. Their onion rings are embarrassing, sonic has better onion rings. Their fried mushrooms batter is trash, has 0 flavor. I asked for a medium RARE steak & this was the driest thing ever. Absolutely embarrassing for logans. If you are going to charge the steak to be so much atleast cook it the way the customer asks.. smh

Stopped in for dinner with my three kids and was very impressed. Our server was great. As soon as I sat down, I asked her to bring a side order of fries since my daughter was cranky.. right away, it was ordered and delivered. The rest of the food was ordered after and came promptly. She refilled our drinks before we were empty, checked on us multiple times and ensured we were happy overall. Prices were more than fair and food was tasty. We all had burgers and they ask how you want them cooked, which is a delight because you know they’re not frozen Pattie’s. Will be back for sure!

Just wanted to enjoy a nice family meal, yet as soon as we’re about to get seated.. the server says to the host “are you sure there’s no one else that can take them?” I told the host we can sit somewhere else if she doesn’t want to take us. The server would do quick brief checks on us but in a condescending way. Once I pulled the money out for the check then it was ‘oh do you guys need anything else’ & trying to communicate with my children which she didn’t do the whole time. The food was amazing, but that server could’ve done better!

Nice dinner at Logan’s Roadhouse. Party of eight with kids. Dinner time and got us all right in and seated. The waitress was no nonsense and very efficient. Kept drinks and bread full. Orders came out in good time and all were cooked correctly. Very tasty. Good job.

Decent food for the price. The service is typically good. The Myrtle Beach location needs a total update. Everything inside the building has been the same for over 10+ years and the atmosphere seems old and dated. A fresh look is recommended and would be welcomed.

Called ahead to give restaurant a heads up had a party of 17 coming in tonight for my daughters birthday. I was aware they did not accept reservations however they called me back and said they do not take parties over 12 since January. That makes absolutely no sense can you imagine how much money they are missing out on. As a server I would be extremely upset missing out on these parties.

I was very disappointed with this place. It took forever to be seated which can be understandable but they didn’t seem that crowded. The salad was fresh but the dressing was horrible. Finally got my main dish after a very long wait and my steak was cooked right but it was cold. The waitress was nice and I thought she was just really busy but then I walked to the restroom and saw her playing in the kitchen with the bus boy. My grandmother got sick from the burger she ate. My family will never go back here again.
