I don’t know why this place is getting such bad reviews, they must’ve had a tough opening week. I went last night and it was perfect! I ordered online and 5 minutes later I went through the drive through pick up lane and my food was ready! It was delicious. I got a carnitas burrito bowl and everything was fresh and delicious. Best guacamole I’ve had at any restaurant besides an actual sit down Mexican restaurant. Portions were awesome. My husband got a steak burrito and said it was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered in the app thinking it would save me some time picking the food up. Oh boy was I wrong. I arrived at my assigned pickup time and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before my food was ready. It would have been faster for me to just order the food when I arrived, which seems a bit silly.

$14??? This is literally barely any rice, few pieces of steak, and then a ton of guac & sour cream ?? who wants to eat food like this?? Portions are a joke, the quality is below average but also hard to judge when you get basically toppings for $14. by far the worse chipotle location of all time don’t go here ever spend $14 anywhere else in Logan you’ll be happy you did

Honestly if you aren’t prepared to open a fast food restaurant, don’t open it. We got to the front of the line after 25 min of waiting in line to find out that they were out of veggies, guacamole, sour cream, mild and medium sauce. Put up sign telling people you are out items so they don’t waste their time.

I ordered take out. I had a salad with guacamole lettuce, brown rice, fajitas veggies, black beans, and medium green salsa. The food was well seasoned and the guacamole was generous. The veggies are crisp while the rice and beans are soft. The portion size of plate though is on the smaller end. I would have to see their other portion sizes to reassess.

Walk in establishment. No greeting as I walk in. There was a greeting after I found a wall outlet to set up my phone charger to reboost my cell phone. Greeting was cold ex. “Like for me to acknowledge that we are watching you”. Didnt read to much into it so I proceeed to order a chicken bowl. I requested to have a salad inside bowl first. I was met with resistance from the server since she insisted twice to serve rice first. I had to caution her and say young lady this is how i prefer by bowl because I like the juices from the chicken the beans etc.. run to the bottom of my salad. At this point my eyebrows are arouse as to why i have to explain myself for food that I am paying for. So all my serving portions became small after the salad ordeal. I request 2 serving of limez because I eat slightly acidic ph level foods because of covid virus. That was also another problem with staff.

Yuck. The Chipotle in Salt Lake is so much better than this place. I ordered a salad. The beans were gross and might have been sitting there all day. Chicken was grizzly. Ate half because I was starving. The rest went into the garbage.

I love the chicken bowls here! I’ve always been a fan of huge burritos but I’m over it! I love the bowl with black beans, chicken, rice, salsa, cheese & extra sour cream then we gone.. Got to get me some protein and I’m on my way, As a bonus sometimes this place cleans me right out if you know what I’m talking about?! But the food in general is dank! Look folks, If you’re ever backed up go get you a fat burrito bowl and I promise you by the end of the weekend you’ll be free and clear my friend! They have a little box on the app you can click to have them add a fork and napkins, maybe in the near future they can add a button for the customer to click to hold off on the full system flush. They are doing a great job of saving the environment tho. Definitely five stars on the tree-hugging effort front…
