Very good breakfast diner. Service was excellent. My plate came exactly as i ordered it and my waitress came by plenty of times to check on me. I thought the prices were reasonable. The house made hash was very good, i would recommend it. Potatoes were a little dry, and not very seasoned if at all. Id probably pass on those next time. Coffee was a bit weak, but they do refills. I could be biased on that as i normally get espresso, so it might be fine for most people. Overall it was a good experience, i would go again.

Recently stopped there for a bite to eat and got a chicken wrap, it was brought out nice and hot which was great. I was told that the cheesecake here was good so I gave that a shot too. It was so delicious, probably one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll come back if I’m ever in the area

This used to be the best diner in branford but since they redid the menu they became a little full of themselves and jacked up the prices. A cup of soup, side of French fries and an order of French toast came to $30 before tip and tax. Come on, the food isn’t that great, could or have a good steak for $30++

Honestly was pretty good but a few reasons why I can’t give them a good rating. No prices on their website, I asked for no onion on my pastrami sandwich and got extra onions. I got a pickle in my to go box and my whole sandwich and French fries tasted like pickle. I hate pickles!

My husband and I ordered through Uber eats from this restaurant this past Thursday because he wanted the corned beef special and I wanted their delicious chicken orzo soup. The driver of the Uber delivered the food but somehow he had it on it’s side so when the bag was opened everything fell onto the floor. I went down to the diner to place a new order and the man who took my order was one of the owners. We got to talking and I told him what happened to our order. The next minute I knew he was handing me my order and wouldn’t take any money for it. I couldn’t believe it. It was not even the fault of the diner. We frequently eat there and the food is great and so is the service. We have never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend Branford Townhouse to anyone.

My husband had the fish and chips and they were okay; nothing special to write about. I had the corned beef and cabbage. My food was overboiled and tasteless. The corned beef had lost its texture and color. The cabbage was watery and the potatos were falling apart.
