This was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The bar where they make your food hasn’t been wiped down recently so my burrito foil was disgusting. The front checkout was also gross from your food sliding through filth. The trash cans were overflowing. None of the tables were clean. There was trash and food all over the ground. I felt like I was gross after walking through the place.

Is there some reason that the music is played at the decibel level of a rock concert? We couldn’t understand the staff who was making our food and they couldn’t understand us. We had to pay for items that were supposed to be included on the Chicken Club Quesadilla and some items that were supposed to be included were left off. Had to wipe down the dirty seat – and no one had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes before we arrived, so plenty of time for staff to do it.

Went in to get a quick lunch to go, there was no other diners in the store or any ahead of me in line. There was a guy cleaning the cutting boards on line that I made eye contact with. I’m usually very patient in waiting, but he made eye contact with me and said nothing. Continued what he was doing for another minute or 2 and then walked down towards the checkout area without beginning my order. At that point I walked out because it shouldn’t take that long for someone to take my order. Also, the place was filthy. I know you won’t miss my business l, but I’ll never be back. Hire people that actually know how to provide semi decent customer service.
