I just got home from the airport at 1:30 am. Of course no real food on the airplane so I headed to Jim’s on Niagara Falls Blvd by 1:45. They were starting to clean up for the night. I was greeted happily and asked it I was too late. The clerk said, no sir you still have 15 minutes before we close. They were scrubbing the grill. They took my order, heated up the grill and I got my sub of the week, the Stinger. It was hot, fresh and delicious! I left those guys a nice tip!

Everytime we want a steak and cheese Hoagie, Jim’s Steakout is a must and is unbeatable. We drive further out of the way to go to the Niagara Falls Blvd. Location, (rather than Transit Rd. Amherst Location) and it Is always Amazing. The staff is great and allow you to customize your Hoagie how you want it without issue, usually ready in 15-20 minutes but is always very good! Definitely recommend going if you never have been! It’s a buffalo thing! ❤️

Always considered Jim’s to be for “late night” cravings. But this early evening chicken finger sub did not disappoint. Portion size was excellent, tasted good, however, the prices were a little higher than I expected and the staff seemed a little unmotivated. Overall, decent experience.

Literally waited 20 minutes for a taco and Fry when no one else is even in the dining room. Four people working and the star was absolutely filthy hasn’t look like they wipe down the counter or the drink machine in weeks literally sticky dust all over the counter. They’re frozen icing machine was in pieces on the counter and really look like it hadn’t been cleaned maybe ever bathrooms are disgusting. Staff seem more enthralled with their conversation and actually making the food sign on the door made me laugh the most saying national Labor shortage be patient yet there were four people on the clock working and they couldn’t keep up with one order don’t seem like a shortage to me. I remember when Jim’s stakeout had pride and all of its shops. Those are the three pieces of steak on my have eaten taco the other half didn’t have much more than that sad sad sad.
