I ate at this Arby’s on 5/28 for dinner and had an eye opening experience. The service and food was excellent. The young lady at the counter even told us to have a nice evening as we left. The restaurant was very clean and yet another worker was busy sweeping the floor, keeping the place spic and span. Beach Boy music was playing in the background at a soft level.

I just came through and ordered the six piece buffalo boneless wings and think of fries and I went to get a fresh fry out of the bag and it was already cold when they handed it to me. Got home and the wings were cold too. So old and cold is what you will get at random times from this Arby’s.

Bought 3 combos. 4 things wrong. I bought Coke. Gave me diet. Wife’s Mello Yellow was mostly carbonated water. Ordered a dbl beef n cheddar; it was a regular. And daughter didn’t get her ranch for her chicken. She’s 7 so you know what I had to hear. This is unacceptable. I’m an individual. Give me what I spent 30 damn dollars on! Service these days is horrible. I usually let it slide but not this time. Called them. The manager apologized and said I could get a free meal. Nice, but not the point. I want my order correct the first time.

Not only was the order incorrect, my sandwich could have passed as vegetarian, the young woman behind the counter was either high or incredibly dense, and the only person truly working was the manager. I suggest the Taco Bell next door.

Went to Arby’s after work and they were very polite, open until the time that their website said,which was 11:00 pm. It’s nice to get polite service at a fast food restaurant, especially since some of the restaurants in Wapakoneta are truly starting to slack but Arby’s didn’t. I am happy with the service I received.
